Are the silver and orange stripe vans the EOD teams? I'm not from down south so all I'm used to when someone mentions bomb squads is the Royal Logistics Corps vans

The one you see in this video is, but the older 2007-2011 Public Order TSG Vans are also the same van with the same paint job, but the TSG Van has windows in the side, with side and rear doors.
