really confuses me when an officer or website info says however many appliances were in attendance- in this case 12 and then says 'this includes ALPs, HVPs etc'. So in my mind I'm thinking well it must be make pumps 9 but there's clearly about 12 pumps there although how many are support pumps is of course unclear. This incident would of been great to use as an example in my dissertation had it happened before May 2020.

Agreed.
It will have been a PC driving it. They are not allowed to drive on blues and are not eligible to do the month long course.
Why are these companies not made to have robust fire protection systems put in place before they get a licence to operate.
