Why didn't they call her on that? What salient point was Mama June trying to make that "Alana had been taking care of her own self since she was 12 and doing a good job of it?" It just proves her inattention to her youngest child. And if I am not mistaken, MAMA JUNE left Alana at the airport after the Masked Singer when she was under age to get back to the first toy boy , Jordan. She was " helping " him in his sobriety. She bought him a car and a place to live. Was that bought with Alana's money too?

@@melanieburnette4518 she also only put 20% from the two jobs Alana did in L.A. because they have a law requiring it. All the other jobs and shows Alana did, June took 100% of the money because legally she’s not required to save it.
My heart breaks for her! Lets be honest, with all du respect, she's been monkeying on TV for our entertainment since she was 6. She had to face all the bullying and she WORKED, and now she can barely afford one year of college !? Barely afford a cash down on a home for herself ? Alana deserves a lot more than this. Pumkin is doing an amazing job at being a mother to here. June should be sued.

Even when my kids work, I pay all the bills and stuff I didn’t make them pay anything that’s what moms do so all that stuff that June was throwing up was completely ridiculous. If not for Alana Mama June wouldn't exist and as Alana said, she's been on tv since 6 years old being paid and by law June was not to use Alana's money except for living expenses which would have been only a very small amount considering the area they lived, and not much of material possessions were had by Alana. Not to mention, it's not Alana's job to pay her own child support so none of Alana's money should have been used to pay June's bills and for the upkeep of the men she pays to be in her life.
I just don't understand why the court when they gave custody to Pumpkin didn't transfer the authority of Alana's Coogan accounts over to Pumpkin as well or at least to a trust with an appointed executor?. They knew she was a drug addict and her history so that should have been the first thing that everyone should have saw fit to protect for Alana's future. I can understand Pumpkin not knowing because there was so much going on plus she was trying to raise her own family, but the lawyers, Alana's manager (who was also June's manager), even the judge all failed Alana.
Because they were under the assumption that June couldn't touch the money only Alana when she turned 21

The weight loss was paid for from the network. June spent no money on that. June herself said that she spent at least 1 million on drugs and everything else.

I feel for the girl. My mother was the same. I ended up feeling way older than my age real young. At 18 i felt in my 30s and at 34 now i feel in my 60s. It is a horrible way to grow up when you try to be the adult your parents were not and starting out young

My daughter has been collecting social security from her disabled vet father for the last 5 years and has never spent any of it because she wants to use it for college, a car, maybe an apartment and there is almost $50k in her account. Alana has been making money longer than that and she have triple that amount, at least!
