I was really sad you had to cancel your shows here in Brazil (especially because the ticket was my birthday gift), but if it had to be done, it had to be done. Making Bansh (boiled dumpling) or Buuz (steam dumpling) or Khuushuur (fried dumpling) is really great way to get together to make food. It is sort of like social eating from start to finish and in-between you can discuss so much stuff you never get time to talk about in this modern times because of constant distraction.

Пельмени является одни из национальных блюд монгол. По поздной осени в ноябре каждая монгольская семья готовят на зиму мясо 1-2 корову 5-10баранину в завистмости от количество человек в семье. Целый 2недели лепим пельмени (баньши по монгольский) и буузы (манты) и замороживаем мешками. Млнголы кочевники, всегда подседельном суме чпбаны или скотоводы возят зимой замороженные пельмени. В любом месте в степи остановился развел огонь и сварил пельмени сьел горячего, очень удобно зимой. В старину монголы на Русь также пельмени привезли вас русских научили есть.

Love the assembly line for dumplings! hahaha LOL. Good job, those are similar to our empanadas de carne in Argentina (bigger dumplings that you pre-cook the meat, then inside the dough, and you can either fried them or put them in the oven)
