    This is so far my favorite Hu's in the kitchen episode. Within only 10 minutes, he gave many important messages, such as our brothers and sisters in Inner Mongolia are still keeping their Mongolian culture in tact, importance of being close to nature and livestocks to preserve our nomadic culture and passing them to our next generation whilst living urban life, men can and should do house chores not as help for the wife but as equal partner...

      This is what I’ve got from the video too. I think this is really important that kind of mind set is still in the people. That makes me hope that there is still hope for the future generations too. I hope that this idea will live long and make stronger mindset to the youngsters too.
      Although I’m not from Mongolia but I really feel that vibe. Love and respect 💚 from Latvia 🇱🇻 their music is so soul touching and what goes better together with music? Food 😍

    Now, THAT is a manly man. He shares life --- and chores --- with a fine lady, cares for and helps guide his children, properly attends his livestock, and knows his way around a kitchen. Add in those inimitable musical skills, and this Texan wholeheartedly approves! 💯➕

      If I wasn't already happily married to the same kind of man, maybe I'd be searching Mongolia for one. Husband's and fathers who cook, and do their share of the housework and childcare are the sexiest thing on the planet.

      @@tina857 Not northen Europe, the whole of Europe had that same 'culture'. In southern Europe it didn't disappear, it just lived with Christianity in equal terms (in the rural, wich was most of the people) until Fascism came along and pushed their ideology by killing everyone that talked back. I grew up still practicing some of those believes and rites: gathering plants in the full moon prior to summer solstice and submerge them in the water of seven springs to make the BEST skin tonic ever, once used the toni, let the herbs dry hanged in the window that faces east and use them to heal bug bites by placing them on top of a burning ceramic object, burn it and let the fumes caress the red spots. If you don't use up the whole bunch, place it in your fireplace by September last moon, and welcome your ancestors to be with you until the end of November. Make garlands with Sambucus Nugra leaves and place them in your head, and your horses when may arrive. Place a branch of Cotysus or Ginesta on your windows (house and car) and front door of your house fromtheir flowering until summer solstice, then burn them in the fires of that nigh, to provide your life with abundance in the sea and harvest season, etc... 🤷 (This is what comes to mind right away because we are in spring, but we have dozens of customs and more deep believes which I find unfit to share in youtube). It's not dead, just shut doors in.

    Roast that bone in the oven on 420 until dark, boil more stalk, roast again, boil again, smash it with a hammer when it gets weaker... Keep roasting & boiling until the bone dissolves completely if ya wanna takes a fee days but its the healthiest broth you'll ever eat. Reduce the stalk, refrigerate and it will turn into beef jello which is called figgy pudding in northern europe culture. A scoop of that in water for rice, potatoes, stir fry, or plain with water, garlic, ginger, & cayenne added when ur sick!!😍

    • @SandraNLN
      @SandraNLN 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Just to correct your language usage here: "Figgy Pudding" is a steamed cake, with fruit and flour and sugar, etc.. What you're referring to (gelatinized meat stock) is called Aspic, or Kholodets (Холодец).
      Everything else you said though 100% agree. Making bone broth/stock (not stalk, I know they sound the same :( ) is absolutely delicious and worth the time it takes :D :D

      @@KO-yi5rf Figgy pudding is another name for Christmas pudding. It's a traditional English pudding made with dried fruit, shaped into a ball and usually wrapped in a cloth and boiled but sometimes cooked in a pudding basin. It's also called Plum pudding (even though it doesn't usually have plums or figs in it). This link has some interesting facts about it.

    I think this the most Enkhuush has said in his entire life, LOL. (Just joking, I love him.) I love his kitchen? Wow. I now want to renovate mine! And such a cute baby!

      I love how much he values his wife. He even said that women are amazing.
      They are so grateful and chivalrous.
      "Men" in the West are always mistreating women and calling us all sorts of disgusting names but in Asian countries, you can see how much they appreciate women.
      I have to move to Mongolia!
      😍😍

      @@wolfhaven9312 I'm sorry you have found those kinds of unmanly men, but there are loads of respectful and caring European males around. Portuguese, Spanish, Irish, Scottish... 🤷
