Im 57. Been in to metal since Black Sabbath appeared on TV in the 70s. I also play guitar. That being said, this has got to be one of the best sounds I've hear in a VERY long time. Even without the screaming guitars and traditional drum kit, these guys make music to be proud of. I dont know how long they've been out but I will be watching for more from them. Plus Im pretty sure I'll be going to their concert in KC in April. Only thing that will keep me from it would be scheduling conflict. I've tried adding in my guitar and making some complex stuff that sounds good, but not as good as the simpler things I've come up with. Their sound screams to keep it simple. In this age of speed guitarists and bassists along with drums that become the music, the simplicity is overwhelmingly refreshing in metal. Bravo!
