    My mom cooked some cabbage the other day (adding similar ingredients as you) and I was shocked that I was full for approximately 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 hours (I'm usually hungry again within an hour). It made me actually look into the benefits of cabbage and I found out cabbage has excellent amounts of fiber and fiber helps keep you feeling fuller for longer.
    Anyway, thank you for this delicious looking recipe.

    Love this. I make it sometimes with just shrimp or chicken or with Chick Peas when I go vegetarian. My side is usually sweet potatoes or boiled green bananas.
    I use only Sea Salt.

    I've been eating this since yesterday and boy! My body is apparently extremely toxic. Been popping, been tired and been smelling hella foul 😫 but started my period. I have fibroids so this was a positive sign that this detox dish did something. I'm gonna stay home all weekend. Cause lawd! 🤭😬

      It could be from the fibre in all the veggies. Very healthy but Sometimes it’s good to start with smaller amounts and increase gradually so ur body adjusts.

    Ms. Risa, this is almost exactly what I fixed last night. Except I didn't have any green beans. I used olive oil and put a splash of soy sauce and a couple of drops of toasted sesame oil. I didn't add any protein, I kept it a vegetarian dish. I love your channel. This is the first video I have seen. I can't wait for more. XOXO Suzan

      You could try adding vegan protein, perhaps some hemp seeds sprinkled on top for example. It's good to add protein to all your needs for weight loss and there are lots of vegan or vegetarian alternatives. Coming from a meat eater! I love meat free meals but always add protein to help build/maintain muscle which aids weightloss. Happy journey...🙏🏾

    I was thumbing through YT and just saw the picture of this dish, didnt read it, just shared it with my husband and said we need to try this. He was already at the store and said i will pick up the things needed. He made it, and I tell you, it is sooooo very delicious!! I can eat a lot of this and not gain on the Weight Watchers because its mostly all free except the chicken and it was only 1 point per serving. I will be eating this for some time. Its filling as well as tasty, and almost calorie free.

    Your dish looks so scrumptious and so healthy. I just learned that my mumbers went from pre-diabetes into the diabetes range. So I'm looking for more tasty healthier recipes. What did you coat or marinate the shrimp with please, I really would love to make and try this dish to my new diet? Thanks for sharing with us TH-camrs. Also you may want to include what spices used for those shrimp in your ingredients list. Also how did you steam them.? Perhaps a video just on how to steam and prepare the shrimp with those mystery spices would be very helpful in showing us how to ready them for any healthy dish, we would like to add shrimp too.

      You can add as much veggies as you like and sprinkle chicken bouillon or 1/4 cup broth, let it steam few minutes. Bon appetite 😋.

    I make this dish few weeks ago I enjoy it, only I scramble a couple of eggs in another pot and add to it. I didn’t have the shrimp s or chicken. I will be making some more today.
