    Saved my life today! 07/26/22
After over a month of agonizing continual headache pain and neck pain radiating to my temples. And sleepless nights, multiple trips to hospitals, multiple different medications, lidocaine injections into the back of my head, injections into my arms, idiot doctors overlooking my x-ray report that says “decreased cervical lordosis” ……. This one stretch with a towel alleviated all of my pain almost instantaneously. I cried. Thank you so much. You guys are life savers. I can’t thank you enough.

My doctors told me my neck curve could never be restored. But through stretching and progressing intensity of neck exercises... I did it and it’s really reduced pain and brain fog.
I eventually got to a point where I use a harness and have 20lbs doing daily neck exercises. Gently. But it’s helped a lot.

Absolutely horrible explanations. How can two physical therapist not know how to explain anything any better than this. Nothing about how long to hold it for or how many reps or how many times per day or per week. And they never tell you exactly what you are trying to do with the strap or towel. One video they show them holding the towel with both hands and pulling it down below their shoulders while looking up, this does stretch the spine but this is not what they are doing here not sure why they are not pulling down on the strap or towel because that is what stretches it out. Mind boggling to me at how many followers they have there is a lady names Physio Jo that is so much better. I have no affiliation with her at all but she explains the stuff properly.
