It’s also insane that you’re picking someone up from 10-15 minutes away and they have the audacity to make you wait another 5-10 minutes outside.. no respect for people’s time at all 😭😭
I cherry pick. They want us to drive 20mins to pickup for a $5 ride that's 8 min ride . Until uber treats us as a equal the riders will be waiting longer.
What sucks here in Nacogdoches tx is that when your acceptance rates goes below 85% then I can no longer see how far the rider is going anymore. I can only see how far away it is, and that's bullcrap. And what sucks we do t even have uber xl only uber x unless I goto a bigger city like Houston or tyler then uber xl shows up. That's just so wrong uber does thos to us.
It’s hard to find a driver to accept these low fares that leave us upside down. No driver wants to spend more money to drive than they’re making. This isn’t a hobby nor is it volunteer work.
Something to consider too is that the ridiculously low guaranteed minimum of $0.34 per active mile & $19 per active hour (CA rate), they short pay us on every ride so that they owe us hundreds of dollars every 2 weeks. THEY USE THE MONEY THEY ALREADY OWE US TO PAY SURGES OR WHEN THEY OFFER US EXTRA FOR A RIDE. It doesn't matter that they paid you an extra $10 on that one ride, because THAT WAS YOUR MONEY!! It means in 2 weeks they have to pay you $190 instead of $200. 🙄 So cherry picking is still pointless.
I literally got a message from Lyft last week saying I earned 99% of all fares last week!!! What kind of games are we playing with them. I now take all of my airport trips and convert them into privates on the way back out the f town. I’ll show these companies what kind of an independent contractor I am!!!
The apps deliberately & aggressively send requests that are 5-15 miles away. They refuse to give the driver rides in the area they are in. Aside from taking 70% of the fare , I’m convinced this is another tactic to depreciate our vehicles and cap our earnings. Typical day in DENVER,CO.
Only industry I've EVER been involved in where the customer truly believes they are entitled to your service and your property regardless of the particular service amounting to your paying for the privilege of providing it. It's a business, not a charity. "Then find another job !" - I do; As each trip is it's own specific "job", I wait and find another ( better ) one.
Why is this driver mentioning only the situation with the long pick up and not the main reason that is the low payments???? 🤦🤦🤦 The big problem here is that they are paying GARBAGE that even if the client is only 2 blocks away and Uber or Lyft are paying garbage I will not pick up the passenger
I have gotten ride fares as low as $2 now!! In 2018 when I started the minimum was $3.75. It should have gone up not down. No one tips anymore so I have to be careful accepting rides.
How can a company that is serving a two-sided marketplace be so blind? They are destroying themselves with both sides of the marketplace because of greed.
I've seen another trend with fares. It used to be that when I saw a ping on trip radar that nobody took it would come through again at a higher rate. Now I am seeing fares come back through for LESS. I took a fare to Valencia (which I usually don't do because the offers up there typically suck) and when I started way back to the valley, I saw a fare for 13 bucks or something on the radar. It wasn't worth the trip and going in the wrong direction so I ignored it. Then I saw the same offer ping again a couple minutes later at a buck or so less. Who programmed that stupid idea?
2 days ago I saw something happen exactly the same! It started at 12 bucks, and I cherry-picked it and was like hell. No I'm not grabbing that. Then I saw the same route pop up again for eight bucks. And I was scratching. My head thinking is that the same writer? It seems so odd that the number went down but the route seemed exactly the same.
I picked a nurse that was waiting a ride 45 minutes with total trip time of 8 minutes. She was late and cried when she got into my car. I explained that Uber app is playing games and drivers are doing the same. The app will give a ride without surge and right away when you took it, it will surge. So drivers will cancel that ride because they use 2 different cellphone.
Great video as always! But one thing to add, Uber started sending drivers deactivation threats for “showing a pattern of avoiding disadvantaged areas”, yet they label us independent contractors and we’re supposed to be able to decide if we don’t want to put our lives at risk for measly pay. On the other hand, independent studies have found that Uber charges passengers more money in disadvantaged areas such as Compton, while charging passengers less in affluent places like Beverly Hills. They want to accuse us of discrimination, while engaging in it themselves. While they charge them more, the least they could do is give us more incentive to drive to dangerous areas, by giving us a bigger cut.
I was three blocks from a ride that would pay $14.51 the other day. Lyft reassigned the ride. Lyft gave me a $4.25 ride in it's place. I had to go another five miles and I'd already driven 8 minutes to get the original ride. I decline all $3.20 and under rides now.
At one point, I read that Uber was matching riders to drivers that were farther away from the pickup spot to reduce the number of cancellations. When drivers are too close, they arrived before the passenger is ready was there a thought to remedy that. This would have the unintended consequence of increasing wait times Additionally, they have increased the time for drivers to cancel before we get paid.
I’ve talked to more than one customer. And they are not aware of trip radar. They just know That it takes longer to get a car now. And they get canceled more than ever before.
This weekend, i have seen a lot of those 8 to twelve mile pickups, but the end price is not much more than fourteen to eighteen dollars. Not worthy of our time. To me, it shows how many drivers are not taking garbage
Yes, thank you, Professor Rideshare yeah, I’m a driver and I think it’s retaliation against the company because a lot of drivers are cherry picking they only take rides that is worth their time taking the time who cares Uber, and Lyft does not give a damn about drivers L O L
That’s right I’m an independent contractor. I am my own time at my own pace. If it’s not worth it, I take my time. Let Rider cancel it. I don’t cancel. Show me the color of money then I get it done.
You guys are lucky to even have the opportunity to cherry pic. In NJ , we don’t get upfront destination or payment. We don’t know anything until the passenger gets in the car and we start the ride.
Not exactly IC standards. Complain to the politicians and the labor board @missclassification. Labor board don't play. And states are more than happy to go after the $$.
Rate card is better than upfront details. Trust me rate card only benefits safe drivers over upfront details. If if ur trip should take 10 mins and it take 15 you get paid for that 5 mins. With upfront your just fucked and losing out cuz that 5 mins was not included in the upfront details
That's true especially on Uber. And the worse part there is no more surges even at big events or during rush hours. Lot of people start walking after big events in my city because no drivers want to get stuck in traffic for shitty pays. But as usually Uber will deny it because all they care about now is their stock price.
I will no longer be driving Coachella & Stagecoach even though I live here. All that chaos, road closures, and the algorithm lowers the fares!! I make more money on non-festival weekends!
What's happening is that the old drivers like me who know we won't make junk trips are leaving us without trips and the new drivers that take all these junk trips give a lot of trips. They are taking out all the old drivers. They are strangling us to get out.
Exactly! Uber is also deactivating veteran drivers at a higher rate because they know the newer the driver the more underhanded things they can pull on them.
The other day i had the uber app on and i was receiving ride requests that are 10 miles away despite being in area where it was busy with high surge. I kept declining and declining one requeat after an other until i got a teip request fr9m around the block.whrn i got to the rider she was so angry that she had to wait for almost an hour because uber was claiming that they don't have drivers available in her area wich is a total lie.i don't understand why uber does that ? What do they gain by making ridera wait longer and waisting drivers time by sending them teip requ3st that are 10 miles away? Mind boggling.
Uber algorithm do that in purpose to avoid pay surge. For example if you got +$9.00 for you next trip, the algorithm will send you a trip that is at least 7miles+ away from you even though you have a costumer a few feet distance. If you drive 7miles for pick up, $9.00 is not an extra is just the payment for the 7miles.
I was at lax , me and other drivers were having fun declining rides and laughing at uber , that's what they get for screwing us. My cousin is a taxi driver right there I talk to him he said they got really busy this week .
Busier and earning more 😅😅😅😅. In Washington DC last night, it was rainging at 2am. The bonus was only $1.50, and I went back to bed. I only get out of bed for Uber, minimum $4.75. Sorry for drunk wet rude, dangerous passengers, maybe next weekend.
I only do short trips with higher rate, i dont wait for anybody, rates are piss poor now so have to keep my expenses to a minimum to keep my trips profitable
Thank you professor for being a strong voice for the driver community! In Los Ángeles and the Inland Empire I receive nothing but $3,4,5,6 dollar rides for long driving times! It such a disrespect to drivers! How can I make a living in this economy? I hope Waymo works out for Uber 😂 because at least then they will be investing probably over 50-60k per vehicle and then they will understand the disgrace they brought upon there driving team!
Lyft has this where a rider can ask for a car about 10-12 minutes away . So if I get that ride I have to drop off first . It took me 30 minutes to get the rider
I cancel MANY ride requests before arriving to the passenger. Im multi-apping with other apps and when I get better offers I cancel Uber/Lyft and go with those instead. Gotta make $$$
Thank you professor for the article , before my acceptance rate was 98 %, now is 56% you know why, because I am cherry picking I only accept trips that work for me, I am not accepting trips 4or 5 dollars I don’t accept trips if pick up more in 4 miles I don’t accept trip’s from dangerous areas I don’t accept schedule rides , because you will about 10 minutes for rider to show up Ido cancel trip if I find it is from supermarket, because rider has full cart with groceries and trip may be 4 or 5 dollars Too many things changed since Uber and Lyft dropped or payment to less 50%
I have an issue about the wait times. In my area Lyft gives tje rider 5 minutes, Uber gives them 7 minutes. It is in the worst neighborhoods that the rider take the longest to get in the car. I have started to give the riders 2 minutes if I'm only making $4 or $5 on the ride. I have learned that saving that 2 or 3 minutes at a pickup and just moving on I'm getting 3 to 6 more rides in a shift and making more money. I only drive in areas that are relatively busy during busy hours. This has worked for me for the last couple of months.
I would like to add that the riders that try to make me wait the longest almost never tip. Waiting 5 minutes or 7 minutes is just not worth the risk to me. I canceled 9 rides this Saturday and was able to get in 41 Lyft rides in the 12 hours I'm allowed to drive.
They have added code to play distance games with the drivers in relation to surge and fake surge manipulation. They have lost control of the functionality, and now the pickups are farther for normal rides as well.
Yes of course, and they’ll experience even longer waiting time , i explained why they’re waiting, and Uber and Lyft loosing so many rides , that’s why my AR is lower than 10% , i guess this gonna be lesson for Uber and Lyft to increase payment to the drivers
It crazy, because you look at X, and there are so many customers complaning about this. These companies need to wake up before another company comes in and takes their customers.
Happening in Miami now. Been doing Indrive all week, not perfect but double the pay. Was very surprised to be getting pings. The pax are jumping ship as well as the drivers
Same on the food end. Uber is sending offers in which the restaurant may be 10 miles away and the customer only a few miles from the restaurant? It's basically Uber trying to get us to absorb the cost instead of them.
Good let them passengers wait!… when I was doing the 20 trips on the weekends Friday, Saturday and Sunday for Uber I would be lucky to get five or six passengers that would even tip… most people don’t even tip one dollar it’s just not worth it anymore!…was averaging maybe $20.00 a hour without expenses but when you figured in the gas costs and other expenses l would make $14.00 dollars a hour… and then dealing with the heavily intoxicated people it’s not worth it!…
As someone who drives in DMV, I tend to work the Mall and Capitol Hill because the tourist tend to tip more and go short distances. If I up at Dupont Cir, I am looking to go home so that knocks out a lot of rides.
Total bull shit. I totally agree it because of uber corporate.DRIVERS DONT WAIT MORE THAN THE 2 minutes. THERES way too many others rides than having to TOLERATE LOW FARE AND THEN HAVE TO WAIT LONGER TIMES, because they have been manipulating our time so they can increase their profits.
So a few weeks back I had a fare that was 2.5hrs away. I asked the rider what Uber charged her. She told $188..I got paid $103..Uber claims they have been taking 18% by my weekly statement. That fair Uber took more like 40-45%. Won't take another long trip like that and I bet $ they've been taking that 40-45% the whole time.. Also I picked up a fare yesterday from a hospital and she waited 7hrs for a ride..that's unfair to the sick rider..also I had my wife with me who also drives and she opened her app where I could see all the surge zones on her phone but I had 0 surge zones on my phone..im getting to the point I'm just done with it. The federal govt needs to step in and put these companies in check
I pick up a passenger because I thought finally Uber is being A little fair $27 from N.Ho to LAX, passenger gets inside car complaining that he was being charged too much, he asked to guess how much was he paying, I said between $60 to $65, he laughed and said $83. Do the math I am a mathematician but it’s more than 60% for Uber
A big big BIG thing that was not mentioned & was missed in this story & by you as well Torsten is that wait times for pax are also increased BIG time when we are currently on a trip & Uber or Lyft stacks another trip on top of it causing the 2nd pax to wait for us while we drop off the 1st pax. Lyft does a much much MUCH better job of communicating this & being transparent with the pax about the fact that we are on a current trip & dropping them off before heading their way but Uber does not do this AT ALL & the pax messages us & calls us thinking we are passing them up, going the wrong way, ignoring them or plain out stupid because of the fact that Uber does nothing to communicate this to the pax. So pax are left waiting longer, left getting madder, more inpatient, end up canceling, giving us attitudes, being rude or rating us badly because of this when a simple little message that says, "Your driver is currently on a trip dropping off a passenger & will be on their way in 5 mins..." would go a LLLLOOOONNNNGGG way for everyone's sake & sanity. It would definitely make things so much more easier & much more streamlined. It would also help people understand more, calm them down & keep them cool & collected.
It's John in Chicago Torsten, we are seeing more rides coming through trip radar, most have to cycle several times before they get taken if at all, and everyday more people are bitching about wait times, I tell em what's going on, and let Uber know, most are considering alternatives to ride, not only has Uber got things Fucked up as usual know they've Fucked themselves once again thanks Uber and Lyft, both jagoffs at large
They would rather have customer pay more and just say wait times are longer because it’s busy & pay the driver the Uber normal that they get away with. They took away the surges at airport here in Austin. The $13 bonus is now $5.75
In California they have a stupid Prop22 that guarantees on average every 2 weeks we will make $0.34 per active mile & $19 per active hour. But then they give us 120+ mile rides for $60 and we have to drive 240 miles total. They only count "active miles & minutes" so you have to drive home on your dime. You can forget about destination requests as those rides usually take you further out of the way then they get you closer to home.
Good examples: (in CA) 17 mins to pick up 5mins ride and pay $5.47. 11 mins to pick up 11mins ride and pay $6.32 11 mins to pick up 14 mins ride and pay $6.80 Decline. Decline and Decline…forward this to the CEO of Uber. He should be in jail scamming the drivers.
Where I'm at is a college town an hour from the airport. The apps used to pay $40-300 for an airport trip, depending on surge. However, now they will only pay the driver $25-35 for the trips. And this practice has stranded hundreds, if not more, or made them very late for their flights. $30 is not anything for 2 hours of driving a roundtrip!!! Back in the day you could at least get a trip to the airport.... But I averaged well over $50/trip back in the day of old surge.
In Cheeryville North Carolina there is a new taxi service, first one being started since 1967. Because Uber and Lyft isn't dependable in the area any more. The cost is 3.75 per mile plus a 3.75 service fee.
You are so true on everything you are saying in Chicago it is horrible even with the surge they still pay you what you should be getting paid anyway there’s no bigger difference is just more calls driving further where you don’t wanna go Lyft on the other hand love them stay in area filter
Uber's response is total BS LOL you said it perfectly, they're spinning it in their own favor. When I I wanted that 85% acceptance rate. For the year and a half I've been driving, I have learned the hard lesson that I need to become that cherry picking champion. My right has plummeted down into the 50% range. And I'm happy about it. But I don't want to drive at all. Actually. I don't like the guilt. I feel that I don't pick people up when I know they're just people that need to get somewhere. But it's just not worth it.
Uber expects the driver to drive 15 minutes to pickup customers and then drop off customers another 30 minutes total of 18 miles and get paid 7.38. That’s about 40 cents a mile. Radar distract the driver Uber should do away with this.
I live in the DMV where they're talking about, and I add up how much each ride will cost me an hour, ratings, and the area for my safety, so I cherry pick.
I had one today. 15 minutes 8.6 miles to pick someone up for a 11 minute 6.8 mile ride worth 11.78. However it frustrates me when it wants me to go the same distance for a 4 minute ride and pays me 3.74
It’s also insane that you’re picking someone up from 10-15 minutes away and they have the audacity to make you wait another 5-10 minutes outside.. no respect for people’s time at all 😭😭
Thats why you do 5 - 8 min pick up and if they dont show in a min you bouce lol
My wait time is 2 minutes then I cancel
Haha those a-holes are the worst, i always wonder why the f do they request a trip if they are not ready
100% agreed ☝️
This. Or you have to cancel after waiting just to get $3 for your time, gas, wear and tear, insurance, etc.
It's not all on the driver. The algorithm takes its time to search for the cheapest driver. Drivers are not accepting cheap rides.
No incentive to drive these days, not even late-night club pickups have a surge.
This is a result of the CEOs consistent lies about drivers earnings
There are no cherries. We are sifting trough shit looking for a digestible turd.
The most perfect description that has ever existed.
Neither busier nor earning more , just parked, the car turned off and waiting for a fair/ reasonable paying ride.
Exactly I left six months ago after they stole my tips and their fee went up to 60% who they think we’re
Exactly was saying the same thing i laugh so hard Uber taking about being busy making more lol we clinging all the bs offers that coming in
I cherry pick. They want us to drive 20mins to pickup for a $5 ride that's 8 min ride . Until uber treats us as a equal the riders will be waiting longer.

Or, charity work.
More money good service low money no service
Not only are we taking longer to arrive. I check the waybill, if uber takes 50%+, I immediately cancel. F-that.
Drivers are busier and earning more ? 😂😂😂😂 what a joke
I literally got a message from Lyft last week saying I earned 99% of all fares last week!!! What kind of games are we playing with them. Amen

Cap earnings is what they do to make drivers drive long hours, the entire 12 hours.
They do same thing in Los Angeles. I will sometimes take rides and cancel motive “pick isn’t worthy”
Ubers statement is pure BS!
Outright lie
Same as lyft

Actor?
Uber doesn't pay, I don't pick up. Simple
Exactly
No pay, no ride... simple 💁🏽♀️

Dara K. destroyed Ridesharing for his own greed.
Yep he sure did is sad 😢

Go to Lyft settings, driving preference and turn off change the trip to avoid Lyft app change your accepted trip.
Beautiful that ride share apps are destroying themselves from greed. Pay your contractors properly and we wouldn’t have to cherry pick.

I stop driving for this trash companies I have 21,000 rides with Lyft but enough is enough
Wow that's alot. What was the final straw?
I have 44K. I quit last June already.

Cherry picking! Exactly! Bring back rate cards!
7 minutes waiting for the rider is bullshit
Yep. If your market is really busy. Screw the no go fee. Move on. The only way you stay is if it’s lucrative enough per mile. That’s it.
Happens all the time. Their algorithm SUCKS.
WE are independent contractors period.
We don’t get pay for driving to the destination. I only do short pick ups.
Ask the customers if they would work for less than minimum wage.
I was at lax , me and other drivers were having fun declining rides and laughing at uber , that's what they get for screwing us. My cousin is a taxi driver right there I talk to him he said they got really busy this week .
Uber technologies is a bunch of BS, Professor
No one drives for this shit pay.
Also Uber lies to their rider by matching them with a ghost driver while bombarding drivers with trip radars hopping someone will accept
Not driving for low paying

Gotta make $$$
Yep same here
Thank you professor for the article , before my acceptance rate was 98 %, now is 56% you know why, because I am cherry picking
I only accept trips that work for me, I am not accepting trips 4or 5 dollars
I don’t accept trips if pick up more in 4 miles
I don’t accept trip’s from dangerous areas
I don’t accept schedule rides , because you will about 10 minutes for rider to show up
Ido cancel trip if I find it is from supermarket, because rider has full cart with groceries and trip may be 4 or 5 dollars
Too many things changed since Uber and Lyft dropped or payment to less 50%
My thoughts exactly
No dangerous areas where they arw intentionally let you wait the full 3 Minutes. Thats Lyfts strong hold. Lwt them go there and risk their live.
It's because of stupid trip radar. Pulling drivers in from further away now
I have an issue about the wait times.
They can penalty drivers with low AR tho.
Just over two years ago now they started deliberately assigning a driver 10+ minutes away so they can offer an upgrade five minutes away for $3 extra
I turn cancel ridders if I have to wait or can't find the ridder quickly I got tired of looking for them...
The website to vote doesn’t work. But it’s true. They don’t pay us enough to go pick someone up so far.
Good let them passengers wait!… when I was doing the 20 trips on the weekends Friday, Saturday and Sunday for Uber I would be lucky to get five or six passengers that would even tip… most people don’t even tip one dollar it’s just not worth it anymore!…was averaging maybe $20.00 a hour without expenses but when you figured in the gas costs and other expenses l would make $14.00 dollars a hour… and then dealing with the heavily intoxicated people it’s not worth it!…
There are some ants who pick up shit rides. that’s why Uber survived till this day
As someone who drives in DMV, I tend to work the Mall and Capitol Hill because the tourist tend to tip more and go short distances.
I made someone wait 14 minutes… I got within 2 min to pickup. Sorry bro, canceled. Im staying in south boston, and wont take long trips.
Yeah it's crazy how they do selective surges. All people on the app should have access to the surges at the same time
Start paying the 75%again...😅
Hey Dara STFU with your garbage excuses
Yes excellent point
I was wondering about this because Uber passengers were calling or texting me too while on another ride and I thought they were just being impatient.
You typed all that, yet it's too hard for you to type passenger?
Tf is a pax. It sounds so cringe..
A way to avoid that is to stop new requests, and go online again when you drop off..
Riders better get used to waiting for a ride, when they pay so low to the driver, what do you expect?
Sad fact is they are paying quite a lot.
Ubers cut is 50-70% not leaving but crumbs to the drivers😢
Lyft is stealing our money through external fee ☹️
It's John in Chicago Torsten, we are seeing more rides coming through trip radar, most have to cycle several times before they get taken if at all, and everyday more people are bitching about wait times, I tell em what's going on, and let Uber know, most are considering alternatives to ride, not only has Uber got things Fucked up as usual know they've Fucked themselves once again thanks Uber and Lyft, both jagoffs at large
They would rather have customer pay more and just say wait times are longer because it’s busy & pay the driver the Uber normal that they get away with. They took away the surges at airport here in Austin. The $13 bonus is now $5.75
Yeah I quit airports last year, not worth the hassle now
Here in Miami though. The drivers are the ones that have to wait for the riders
I’ve been saying this for years, (6)! Pay us by the mile…ALL miles! Like truckers!
Good examples: (in CA)
17 mins to pick up 5mins ride and pay $5.47.
11 mins to pick up 11mins ride and pay $6.32
11 mins to pick up 14 mins ride and pay $6.80
Decline. Decline and Decline…forward this to the CEO of Uber. He should be in jail scamming the drivers.
That was probably written by their lawyers...
I am glad the riders have been awakened. I have explained this to several riders complaining. I was waiting for this to blow up and here we go.
Amazing people call a taxi and don't want to wait 5 or 10 minutes.
Used to do wkends but they now wait until 1:30 am to surge rides. NO THANK YOU, next. I want a profitable Night, not 30 minutes in profit.
Smear the drivers to hide the issues
Yes no money no honey
I don’t waste time picking ppl up. My rule is a few blocks away from where I am. I ain’t driving ten min and not get paid for that!
You crack me up professor! 😂
In Cheeryville North Carolina there is a new taxi service, first one being started since 1967. Because Uber and Lyft isn't dependable in the area any more. The cost is 3.75 per mile plus a 3.75 service fee.
Cheeryville 30 minutes from Charlotte North Carolina
Of course we are
3 dollars to pick a rider 20 minutes from me no thanks.
You are so true on everything you are saying in Chicago it is horrible even with the surge they still pay you what you should be getting paid anyway there’s no bigger difference is just more calls driving further where you don’t wanna go Lyft on the other hand love them stay in area filter
Hope they wait a day to get a rider
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Uber's response is total BS LOL you said it perfectly, they're spinning it in their own favor. When I I wanted that 85% acceptance rate. For the year and a half I've been driving, I have learned the hard lesson that I need to become that cherry picking champion. My right has plummeted down into the 50% range. And I'm happy about it. But I don't want to drive at all. Actually. I don't like the guilt. I feel that I don't pick people up when I know they're just people that need to get somewhere. But it's just not worth it.
Min Wait Time around the DMV is 45 Mins.
Uber looking into this !! Bahahaha yea right . What else can they take away from the driver
Also too many are willing to drive for whatever.
Uber expects the driver to drive 15 minutes to pickup customers and then drop off customers another 30 minutes total of 18 miles and get paid 7.38. That’s about 40 cents a mile. Radar distract the driver Uber should do away with this.
Not the concern. Why do they keep dropping and someone else is assigned.
I think we se your more appropriate or appreciative riders n all make more money 💰
Exactly 💯
Absolutely 💯
I live in the DMV where they're talking about, and I add up how much each ride will cost me an hour, ratings, and the area for my safety, so I cherry pick.
I had one today. 15 minutes 8.6 miles to pick someone up for a 11 minute 6.8 mile ride worth 11.78.
However it frustrates me when it wants me to go the same distance for a 4 minute ride and pays me 3.74
