Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea salt layered with Molecule 01 is great for work. I work in health care so I have to be very careful with fragrances.

Great video! I love fragrances yet I am very sensitive to certain strong scents on others (mostly sweet or heavy on the amber), so this was terrific. Plus, I love fresh soapy scents. Two of my favorites are Gendarme and Carriere. They aren’t new, but they are always so clean and fresh, and I don’t think you can overspray them.

I also will sometimes alternate it with Commodity Orris. Out of all these, I think I’m most excited to try Standard & Blanche. Oolang Infini sounds great too. Keep up the great work. You make my day.
Great vid! I would add Le Labo’s Baie 19 to the list. Simple clean, borderline rainwater-like scent, and not offensive at all
The entire line of Aqua Allegoria of Guerlain is perfect for the office use. I love ginger picante and mandaring baisilic. Fresh, bit of sweet and close to skin. Everybody loves them 😉

These all sound devine. I have Andrea Maack - Soft Tension as my office scent and I really enjoy it, it's soft and clean and wears very close to my skin. I find it quite similar to Another 13.

Great list! I've only tried a few of these, but from your discussions of these- I think Chanel: No.5 L'eau and Glossier: Glossier You would also fit well into this lineup for office-friendly, as well as maybe Kilian: I Don't Need A Prince By My Side To Be A Princess.

Hey Sebastian, solid list, thanks. My 3 choices I use most often are Mugler Cologne, Amouroud White Hinoki and Dior Homme Sport.
You NEED to get your hands on Reyane Tradition's Acqua di Parisis Musk Sultan. I have no idea whether its formulation has real or synthetic musk but whatever it is, it's absolutely divine. I picked up a bottle from fragrance net but I think it's now sold out there. If you can find it elsewhere, I highly recommend picking it up. Out of the over 100 perfumes I've got, this is maybe 1 out of the only 5 that I can't stop sniffing. It also layers well with almost everything. I'm obsessed! I mention it because you mention a number of musk-based scents in this video and this one definitely fits in the office safe category.
I only have Aqua celestia and I've sampled Blanche. Blanche for me smells like clean laundry, it is a pleasant smell, but not for me. If I had to choose another one, I'd definitely go with Mojave Ghost from Byredo. Anyway, I prefer louder fragrances and luckily I can wear everything I want to my workplace. I enjoy more ambery-oriental fragrances or leathery.

The most office friendly scents I have worn besides Love in White & Chanel 1957 are by a small indie brand called Ambre Blends.,They are the most clean & fresh scents I have tried. a few complaints about longevity for price but overall they are divine. They also work well for bedtime!
I consider Musk Ravageur and Tobacco Oud office safe fragrances... maybe because I'm self employed ;) You or Someone like You is my favorite of the list, need to try the others, still so many wonderful creations to discover. Thank you Sebastian!!!

How about a top 20 myrrh fragrances? I just love resins- even though it’s Spring. When I was working I would wear Oppoponax because it is just so warm and impossible not to like. I also wore Joop Le Bain which smells identical to What We Do In Paris Is Secret, which you mentioned. I received a complaint about Gucci Intense Oud, so I didn’t wear that anymore! i would also wear Florabotanica and Coco Chanel.

Nice work, thanks. I think, during the pandemic period something changed. Because of the masks, soft fragrances can not be smelled easily. Moderate and strong fragrances do not irritate other colleagues as before. So imo, we may not hesitate to wear moderate fragrances.

Many people think Baccarat Rouge 540 is a strong fragrance, but not me. I’ve only ever received compliments on it when I have over sprayed. Love Wood Sage and Sea Salt.

I like using my dabber samples for work - even if I use a stronger perfume it stays closer to the skin and can just have it in a couple concentrated spots I can sniff.
I always least from you sencd I' have been watching you very interesting and informative I love to florials but intence I have beeñ using My Way , Valentino, bon bon Dior but seems to fade in a couple of hours any other ideas my friend keep safe and stay blessed

I've seen a few reviews said H24 is also an office scent. Based on its minimalist notes I would think so too.
I’ll admit I am usually inconsiderate when it comes to wearing my fragrances,but it’s true we’ve got to be cognizant of our coworkers.

Sebastian do you have a tuberose video? If not, would you consider doing a video on fragrances with tuberose as the main note? I only wore my freshies to work, but I'm a permanent remote worker now :(
So I brought my of Orto Parisi Seminalis sample to work to have my friend try it. She sprayed it once, and I don’t know what happened - but the smell ended up in the hallway like in a dense cloud that did not move! It was crazy because we always have good airflow because it’s in a HOSPITAL on a labor and delivery unit! The charge nurse is sensitive to smells so she was kind of pissed haha. Then my coworker returned the next night (I wasn’t there) and she could STILL smell it at the nurses station 😂

a while ago one perfume vlogger in Russian said the same about Molecule 2... It's one of her favourites for layering as well as to wear on its own. She loves Byredo as much as you. I am just discovering this stuff for me, so it's interesting to compare what different people not connected at all are saying and their opinions are the same.

I like light fragrances as well as beast mode. I work in healthcare so I wear very light, inoffensive fragrances to work, but once i get off work it's beast mode baby!!!!

For me MFK is a real Office scent house. I do however prefer Uqua universalis over celestia. It has the more clean sheet fibe. Celestia smells to ”sour-ish”
Really? Besides the aqua line, most of MFK scents I know are loud , beast mode statement scents :D One spray of Oud Satin mood lasted a month on my sweater...

I found molecule 02 and not a perfume to be similar, but for whatever reason Not a Perfume gives me a major headache. Molecule 02 is probably safer in the office for that reason maybe in case you were on the fence. :)
Milky musk smells a lot like Sunny side up by JHAG. Does anyone noticed that? Milky musk is a little stronger and sweeter. But both great of you are into Sandelwood.
Wood Sage and Sea Salt is wonderful but I traded mine because it doesn't seem to last past a hour. Personally it's not worth have a EXPENSIVE fragrance that doesn't last or perform but that's just me. Same with many of the Jo Malone's.
Monoscent G is one of the most perfect musks I have ever tried!
