For me the safest office options are Prada L'homme (spring, summer) and Prada L'homme Intense (fall, winter). Occassionaly Dior Homme Sport 2021 or AdG Profumo.
Office scents are such a tight rope. You want to be memorable, but not offend Barbara. You want it to last into the afternoon, but not project so hard that HR has you on speed-dial. They have to be classy enough for clients, but interesting enough that the new girl notices. It’s tough.

I live in south Brazil where, believe it or not, gets cold about half of the year so I was just looking for fragrances that I could wear to office and that were a little bit stronger than the other ones commented on local YT channels (they talk a lot about lighter fragrances because the general weather in the country). Gentlemen EDT Intense was my introduction in Iris scents. Super happy that I tried it out. Jet Black Intense smells similar to that as well. Either way I highly recommend either one as a starter Iris scent that's office safe.
Glad to see you giving L'Instant de Guerlain some love. Pretty much my favorite, although I wear others, I come back to it the most. I prefer the EDT, a little less sweet, and I adjust the number of sprays to suit the occasion. Although you don't mention it that often, whenever you do, it's always a glowing review.

Guerlain are moving their line into the square bottles. If you see the rectangular ones it just means they're older stock. Fragrance is the same though.

Problem with Givenchy boisée is that performance is only 6 hours (8 tops), so in my book, that's not really long lasting. So you're better off with the Intense in that case
I run around in the restaurant so I heat up fast. I only wear freshies or fresh ish frags. My friend wears Eros at work. Can be cloying. I never viewed Eros as a club frag or high heat frag.
My go to fragrances for the restaurant recently are 1. Banana republic Classic, Vintage green, & and Linen Vetiver. 2. Bath and Body Freshwater & Ocean 3. Insurrection pure 2 sport 4.Hugo Reversed

Ash ,i respect your opinion, but bentley absolute is one of the worst fragrances i have ever smelled. That scent is very divisive and not mass appealing at all. People who have smelled that, know what i m talking about .Especially that smoky opening is just horrible and offputting.
Don't know if its just me ( probably not) but Jomashop is very dishonest. They say things are in stock, but their not. They will see your order then order it 3rd party. Now that doesn't sound like a big deal , but the site says ships in 3-5 days and I didn't even get an update email for 10 days and only because I reached out to them asking for an update. Took 3 weeks to get my stuff. Then they tried to bribe me with 12$ to take my review down. I didn't.

Percival is my favorite to wear to the office. Since it’s pretty strong, I only use two sprays and I receive a compliment every time I wear it.
