with no weight, you only need about 8-10 lbs pressure in the tires, which would give you a bit of suspension.

this reminds me of my younger days building go carts or anything i could put an engine on great work guys , all it needs now is suspension of some kind to smooth out the ride. kudos to u guys.
A throttle governor removal and a go kart style CVT would sure make that thing move

Add a pair of bike wheels on two side arms, gear it to spin with main shaft, but sustain it over the air, after hitting 40 km/h drop it and lift the automobile wheel to acts like a second gear.

the long wheel base is why it's so stable at speed the boys at the shop knocked out the first time any shorter and it would have been hell to handle at speed. it's very cool and I can see a lot of drag racers building these to putt around on at the track here is the states

I broke my shoulder blade on a pocket bike that tops out at 55km/h... so yes going 50km/h on a home made/sketchy scooter could definitely hurt you😂

So sick! You should try mounting the engine above the rear wheel and shortening the frame. Find some skateboard grip-tape for your feet and Bicycle handle grips. It will feel a lot less sketchy.

a friend's dad was working on one of these years ago, I remember seeing the unfinished frame in his backyard for a long time, probably still in the same spot lol
He'll finish it when is son is 50 or 60.
And of course everyone drives it without ANY safety things such as a helmet 😄😄 one of the funniest videos I've ever seen when the cap just flies off and he keeps pulling and yelling!
Next thing: Try to put a car diesel engine+ gearbox on a motorcycle. Imagine that. Light and fuel efficient.

Challenge idea: Make a V8 out of 8 Lada engines. Each engine representing a cylinder in this monster V8. This should keep you busy for a while.

bypass or remove the governor, those engines are limited around 3500rpm, when i removed the governor on mine it revved up to over 6000rpm.

Use one of those belt driven torque converter/variator drives like a snow machine uses.
Could use a motorcycle engine. Maybe something for version 2...would be something to lay down on the frame like a sled! More crazy!

Sweet scooter, If you put motorcycle like Tires that are rounded and replace the car tires that are flat you will have better stability on that and the turns will be way easier.

Looks like you need a cvt transmission off a trashed chinese quadbike. Pretty common at the scrapyards.

It Probally needs a couple more degrees Tilt in the front and turned back handle bars or do I have it wrong, Does it wiggle because it needs Front and Rear Fork?

Vlad make it about 5 feet long and the motor balanced over the rear wheel and you might get lots of orders say for about 5 hp to 8 at most but 17 is still good at a auction for your company 😉 be well all your staff

When it works right you should auction a few copies of the scooter off I bet people would buy it for some decent amount of money 💰. Just needs stickers and or advertising on the scooter with garage 54 on it with lights and brakes on it. And a suspension as well just a thought. Good jobs as always.

Great project, I'd recommend a series 40 torque converter to give it some speed performance. They basically make it a CVT with 3:1-1:2 ratio shift.
They are pretty much made to bolt onto the motor you have.

I am one of the flowers to your channel and super like your experiments. I have seen many videos on TH-cam on how separate hydrogen from water and make is as an official green fuel to vehicle, so i am Waiting for another and new experiment that showed in simple way how to separate hydrogen from water and make it as fuel to the vehicle by injecting the hydrogen to the intake or any other part in the vehicle and make it as kind of hybrid vehicle and get a good gas mileage.
Some guys tried hydrogen on a moped and it blew part of the cylinder head off. When it backfired the shockwave was bad enough to cause physical pain. Im sure theres some kind of proper setup to make it work.

Thats what i am looking, look for proper way. Because i have seen many videos on TH-cam showing how make a simple way with home supply and connected to the car. That is why i ask the 54 garage because they have more experience.

The rear sprocket should be enormous, like 40teeth or 400mm diameter.
Maybe cut the wheel base length by 15 cms or so but still need room for standing or making a sitting version 🤔 who knows that's another option but great job I love it great job everyone 👍 👏 😀.

Don't think those clutches use AT Fluid??? Over in the states that same clutch system uses a straight 30 or 40SAE motor oil non detergent..... probably why the friction material burned up so quickly?
I would've put a motorcycle motor in with tractor type seat on the middle

I have an idea make an engine oil cooled no antifreeze just a radiator hooked up to where oil filter goes and returning into oil pan and see if the engine can stay cool without coolant or water pump

Lower tire pressure & add a seat, then it's a scooter.
The short chain should be replaced with belt, so if the clutch is stressed too much, the belt slips before the clutch is destroyed... Also, it would benefit from having simple automatic transmission.
Use it for food runs-snacks or water..pizza.bagals.
You should build something that flies, will be more exciting to watch
