  • Installing 2019+ gm full-size truck 13.5" rotors and 4 piston brake calipers on my 99 GMC Sierra 1500. This brake upgrade can be done affordably and really makes a huge improvement in the trucks overall braking! I highly recommend doing this.

I was wondering this same thing but the conclusion is kinda... no. The rear end is a drum rotor combo thats not made to the bigger size rotor because the new trucks use a parking brake in the caliper. However I would assume if you wanted to pay the extra cost to do a rear drum delete, hopefully the rotors clear the rear axle, and with a new splash shield surely the rear should work fine and be done the same as the front with the washers and you shouldn't have an issue.
But there's so much that has to be "perfect" or you'll be doing some serious modifications that I don't see being worth it unless you've got like an 800 hp build and need it to stop.... 😂😂
