You solved nothing
So for me, only the left would connect. I tried EVERYTHING!! Resetting them in the app, pressing them both to hard reset, unpairing them, etc. By complete accident I found out that if I let the left one connect and take it out, leaving the right one in the charger, close for a few seconds and open it again, the right one would then pair up instantly after. 🤷♀

I just got mine today. R bud not working / not connected. I've reset the buds, uninstall app then installing app and re-connect buds again - still did not work. Also unable to update the Buds software because it requires both Buds 'connected'.

🤔 My left bud isn't working. So I've followed what you've done. But the opposite way around (leave left bud in, close for a few seconds, reopen lid) still not accepting a charge? 🤔 Unfortunately this youtube video doesnt help, if you dont get the "access ability" menu after going to settings. Which on my Samsung earbud menu doesnt have?

was working fine before, but for a strange reason bluetooth is seeig 2 galaxy buds live with 0000 and letters, and only one channel works, but shows 2 wearable apps instead of one for this earbud set. Something went wrong, cuz it shows 2 devices instead of one like before. Any idea of this issue?

Taping both buds with finger doesnt resetting them nothing happening. Opening case doesnt show notification. While connecting buds one of them disconnects only one at a time working fine. What to do tried reseting from wearable app. Hard reset not working. What to do ?

If you place fingers over both earbuds while in the case at the same time for about 15 seconds it hard resets the earbuds. I got mine to work that way then it will start to charge. I'm not sure why this wasn't mentioned in the video.

Thanks Rigo! It's been a year since you posted this and you still saving lives! I had to hold my fingers on the buds while they were in my ear, but it did it's thing.
Steps I did for folks:
1. Put buds in ear
2. Tap on the buds so they beep (i tapped my right one since it was the quiet one)
3. Placed fingers on both ears. After about 5 seconds they went into a beeping pattern
4. Let beep for about 15 seconds. Then tapped the right ear again.
Sound was loud and crisp after that. No need to take off the mesh like other things be saying.

what if none of that works...i heard a blowing out screech coming from the right bud before going completely silent. now its disconnected and wont charge or connect at all?

Dude I literally didn’t bother it and used my old headphones, so it was like 6 months I left it alone. I came back to try them again and it worked! I did absolutely nothing I was so mf happy.
My left bud is not connecting to anything, doesn't show up in the app, no sound, doesn't respond when I tap, I tried hard resetting app settings. The case responds to them but everything else doesn't. I don't understand what's wrong with it

Try doing it on the settings on your phone instead of on the Samsung app. I did that, and it evened out the sound. Type sound balance on your settings search bar, and it should take you there. Make sure you adjust the connected media. It should be better after that.
Thanks for the reply. But I've tried that, and the sound balance is perfectly balanced. It's made no difference to the left bud, not charging correctly. After I've adjusted the sound balance through my phone, I've tried moving the sound balance to both the right and left, upon the sound bar, but yet no sound is still not coming through the left bud. It only plays through the right bud, even after adjusting the sound balance on the phone itself? 🤔
Just fixed this on a A52 Samsung phone. The Samsung app doesn't appear to have a balance feature in the app so I went to the phone settings search magnifying glass and typed in balance. The phone will show a Search heading and scroll down past Top hits, Screen mode, Results, Connections, Apps and finally Accessibility and you'll hopefully see a Left/Right balance hearing enhancements. Select this and scroll down to the Left/Right balance connected audio and put your finger in the center to equal out the balance.
How this got jacked up is anyone's guess. I felt it was a setting on the phone somewhere because when pinging each ear bud, I could hear the pinging quite clearly. Good Listening!

My left bud works but its really low. It charges just right but it doesn't work well
z1d bro, Clean the Buds and the Case properly. Then charge it for some time. It should fix the issue. 😊
same issue here but on right bud :) cleaned and update firmware not fixed unfortunately (without Samsung device)

Try this. Go to accessibility on settings look for audio adjustments and try adjust the left and right volume. Hope that helps

I couldn't hear out the right side at all but all the touch controls worked. I went to accessibility after watching this video and i hear out the right (finally) but its low. I switched the tips and now the left side is low too and the right side is lower....i dnt kno what the heck is going on here. I cant hear the right side u less i take the left side out....someone help me.

Right earbud won't charge or connect; therefore I can't update them without connecting both of them... HELP!!!!!!!
Same issue bit with left. I think I left them over night outside the case with very low battery, so they probably both discharged complete. The next day only the right one would charge and connect, the left one seems completely lifeless. The lite indicator inside the case glows red, when the buds are not in, but very dim, barely noticeable. But when I put the left one (unworking one) in the case it stops glowing complete. So it knows that there is a headphone there, it just doesn't want to charge it. The right one works completely fine. I tried reseting and cleaning the connections, so far no success.
Same bro I think it's because of the new update cox they were working fine before updating. I was playing game then suddenly both the earbuds disconnected automatically (battery should be around 90%) but then only right one reconnected and the left one seems to be dead like it's not responding to touch or anything.

It hasn't worked the way I want, like when I'm watching a movie or certain video my sounds switches between both buds and alot of times I can her dialouge from 1 and background music from the other it's like they both aren't working together any fix for that
You probably want to go into the wearable app and turn off 360 sound effect

Which ever side is not working....put that in case and tap that piece for around 40-50 sec...and keeping looking to your wearable app until your non-working piece start showing.
it only shows up when i take it out of the case it stops working how did you find that by tapping the non working earbud in its case would repair it ?
@@Zeldris1k70 actually it's by fluke, while looking for the solutions on net for this.. I was holding that piece in case and after 40-50 sec , I was able to see that piece on app..for which I concluded that it was not charged enough...so on app when it appeared, it comes up with battery percentage
