I loved how Batman was momentarily afraid of jumping off the building. It implies that it’s his first time pulling such a stunt.
It's moments like these that show they really did utilize his inexperience as Batman for the movie.
The movie never mentions how long he's been around, but it's obvious that he hasn't been doing it for a long time yet
@@mynameisharry8739 We can kinda tell it’s been only a couple years I think, I saw in his notebook that he was involved in his “Gotham city” project where he wrote his notes in during the prologue, so yea don’t think it’s been very long 🤔

the tension with him and the police was amazing, him and gordon are an amazing duo.

I love how this Batman really got on the wrong side with the police. Most of the other iterations the cops are kind of just a nuisance, but in this film you really get a sense of Batman's disdain for Gotham PD because of how corrupt it is.

Me too lost my passion in movies. I love the decade we always got Martin Scorsese and Tarantino movies. Now a days Hollywood movies are just for making money and getting overrated by fans. I am really looking forward to The Batman and i am pretty sure this will be the best Batman movie.

This movie is bound to win an academy award if not for the music alone.
At least, it should get nominated for best score, production design, cenimatagrophy, VFX (it was used to enhance their version of Gotham) and maybe costume design.
I hope this is the first comic book movie to win several Oscars including best picture and best director.

This scene was so amazing! We haven't seen this level of tension between the cops and Batman. Plus that gliding scene was chef kiss!

love how batman just threw himself into the psychopaths at the end, there was nothing left for it, just batman resorting to sheer grit and outright sacrifice as batman has always done... the guy who played commissioner gordan was an awesome choice, i really liked how even though he was the commissioner, he had strong street cop experience which showed when time for talk was over with.. cat woman also terrific casting, brilliant portrayal - this soundtrack is the icing on the cake.

I believe this is the Batman film that best utilizes music. Not that Nolan's didn't (after all, Hans Zimmer) or that Burton's didn't either (original theme), or even that some of the other one's didn't either; it's just HOW WELL THIS ONE DID compared to those. I mean Hans Zimmer is great and all, but it's a pretty similar sound throughout all 3 movies. This one movie here has it's most memorable scenes linked to the most memorable music.
One of the reasons this is one of my picks for best movie of the past year (first time a super hero movie has been on there in a LONG TIME, and first DC one in, well, maybe ever since I started tracking this, but there are one or two DC properties I liked, namely Shazam!).
Anyway, yeah, music in this is killer.
Not to mention: we get to see Batman be an *actual detective for once?*

This is the Hans Zimmer-like type of soundtrack that it's so on fashion these recent years.
However, I do feel that Michael Giacchino's characteristic melodies are far superior. That's something Zimmer and many recent composers have forgot.
These days what people want are big sound walls more than actual motifs. But I have always preferred a solid melody. Anyway, that's just my opinion. ; )

DC Music is so mature , Deep , Epic , Dark , Atmospheric Compared to marvel that sound like Kindergarten music ......I know Michael Giacchino did a lot marvel soundtracks and he did great job on spider man NWH but in my opinion he's best score will be the 2022 batman (the one people will remember) ! Marvel movies have insanely generic and pathetic BGM that no one can remember after the film
Partly why Giacchino did such a great job with The Batman soundtrack is because of his work on the Rogue One soundtrack, specifically the theme that plays when Vader slaughters the Rebels. Its like he took a little inspiration from that soundtrack of Vader being a predator and put it into Batman’s theme of hunting criminals. The man has single handily made 2 amazing soundtracks for an iconic franchise and iconic superhero. I don’t care if he continues making music for Vader or Star Wars, others have made just as great music there. But he needs to be locked in to make the soundtracks for the Batman’s sequels
