I'd love to try these. This might not sound good to others but stuffed bellpeppers (depending on how you roast the peppers) are some of the nicest tasting food, and you can do it multiple ways. I use the red ones and make sort of a spicy mince beef Bolognese sauce and roast it in the red bellpeppers until it softens and man oh man.

no my man. you forgot to mix the hot Italian sausage meat with the hamburger then when you stuff the bell peppers , you place pepper jack slices on top , then you drape and tooth ouch thick bacon slices over the top 3 slices , then coat a nice coat of Stubb's BBQ SAUCE AND PLACE IN OVEN UNTIL DONE . UNCOVE ALLOW TO SIT 15 mins . slice in half and serve with Augratin or Julien potatoes , Corn on the cob and sliced and cold seedless Water Mellon for desert. now that's stuffed bell peppers Big Dawgg

I might be part Cajun... I like my food all mixed together. Especially breakfast. You break your eggs up into the hash brown and use your bread to soak up the juice. 😋
