If i may, would you let me know if i can have tea with my morning meal? I do have a habit of caffeine and get terrible headaches when i miss chai in the morning (and i can take it without sugar no problem, i just add a lot of milk to nullify the bitterness)
Also I'm not vegetarian, so is chicken allowed with one meal? Or mutton or beef?
Can i have makai ki roti instead of millets? Or should i alternate?
