Nice video! I might eventually get one of these pulleys for my K24 swapped Civic. Quick tip- The easiest way I found to tighten or loosen the crank bolt with the engine in the car is put the trans in the highest gear (5th or 6th) and either set the parking brake or have someone hold the brake pedal if the car is jacked up. This locks up the engine so you can easily tighten or loosen the bolt without the whole crankshaft spinning. The special tool works too but it can be a pain to use and like you said some pulleys like yours don't have the hole for it. Hope this helps!

I don’t fully watch most videos on TH-cam. But I watch these fully and like pretty much everyone of yours serg! Just because I appreciate and respect the time and effort it not only takes to build an engine. But to film it all. So good work brotha !

You can "kiss" the damper with a band saw even with the TDC mark, but on the other side. Always have a small jar of nail polish! Red, yellow, electric blue etc. Lasts for decades!

If you run an external oil cooler you can keep your oil temp lower especially in a 12.5 to one motor AND as a bonus increase your oil capacity, personally I would not rely on a stock canister/coolant oil cooler to keep oil temps down in a higher performance motor.....but your choice of course.

Tapping is a no no, on any crank. I haven't done a K24 yet, but will be next week. Back in the day..we made custom hubs to fit the ATI on the stretched Toyotas. ATI did not make for imports back then.

People struggle even to put their socks one that’s why they make everything sound complicated, that’s an easy pulley to install

Serg, what brand of cam chain tensioner did you use and did you use one of those after market brackets that keeps the cam chain on the crankshaft sprocket should something fail? The look on your face when you got the pulley started was priceless.

Please Do Not tell people that the rotating assembly of a 4 cylinder doesn't need to be balanced. That is absolutely false and will lead to premature or complete failure in any motor. Not just performance. Come one man you should know better. Don't steer people the wrong way.

Who the hell taught you that hitting a harmonic balancer, crank pulley or anything else onto your crankshaft was a good idea! I cringed when I saw you hitting that balancer on your crankshaft! Just another millennial who learned from TH-cam videos and magazines!
