thank you! I have that mat and was not using it correctly. Now I see how it keeps the adhesive from coming off. that is so nice! thank you for the demo.
I just brought your snow globe pattern. I am making this for my daughter for Christmas. So excited to get started
Awesome, thanks for the tips! Someday I hope to try this technique.
Just came across your beautiful patterns on Pinterest. Gorgeous work! Would be great to be able to get some detailed class online for us who live far away! Thank you for the video!
Thank you Laura.
Hi, I just got my seed pad by Laura Heine finished but I’m not sure if I should put batting and backing, and then quilt it. Don’t see it in the directions.
Do you sell your patterns in pdf?
Hi, Laura, I took a Laura Heine class on collage quilts in Marietta GA and loved it. I'm at home working on finishing up our class project. I had to purchase more Steam-A-Seam 2. I received it today and went to work. I am finding that this role of SAS is much more messy than the first role I had. When I unroll it to place my fabric for pressing, the glue is coming off on my table like crazy. Have you every experienced that before? Is it possible that I have a bad role of SAS? Thank you. I'm making your Spool of Flowers!
There are two kinds Steam a Seam and Steam a Seam Light. Maybe you got the Light version?
Do you use steam when pressing on the mat? Thank you for this informative video, Laura!
