I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed this video. I love the fact that you mentioned weights and tow vehicles not to mention cargo carrying capacity. This was also full of great information for folks like me who are in the process of trying to decide which TT to go for. You are definitely someone I will be watching in the future.
Thanks for these vids, I watch hours of these things. I definitely have an airstream in my future. Gotta say, it helps to have someone knowledgeable and passionate about the job hosting the vid.
Patrick, I have to say you are the Best at reviewing each of these Airstreams! Every time I watch one I learn more due to the fact you detail every feature of these RV's!! Some people need and want to hear all the details in order to make the right choice for their purchase! Keep up the great work!!! Thank you so very much!
Great trailer and video. We went with the 27 fb model which is very similar and a common decision point for buyers. It would be a great future video to film the 25 and 27 side by side and show the key differences in the kitchen, hall closet, and bedroom. Great new owners tips in this one-thanks.
Patrick, you are amazing! I have been watching your videos for a while, but just happened up on this Colonial vid this evening. They are lucky to have you with them. Thanks for this outstanding introduction to the International. I have always know that Airstreams were top of the line rvs, but you have explained why they are so excellent. Thank you for taking the time to do such a great video for us! Jane in SC
@33:00 - If there's one thing in the video to hear, it's this -- keep that tool handy! My second, fifth and seventh time out in my 2021 International, I had to manually crank that automatic awning in when the control panel failed to operate!
You may pay a premium for the Airstream brand name. However, it’s a classic, well designed and constructed trailer. Keep in mind, (at least in my 69yrs of life experiences), nothing built by man is perfect.
I adore you and though I love my current T@B clamshell but someday I will get an Airstream to go full time and I won’t buy it from anybody but you. I’ve also been taking my whole family on vacation from Texas to the Jersey Shore for years. Especially when Bruce Springsteen is playing nearby. We had some issues in 2003 at the Berkeley Carteret in Asbury Park, though many of our favorite family stories still revolve around our experiences there.
Nice camper. You sell it well! I too, wish Airstream move more towards a four season camper. That and no vinyl floors would make them perfect. This one is really awesome, though. I love the twin bed layout.
We always take time to watch your videos Patrick. It’s incredible how detailed and informative they are. You are a Pro! Also, It’s amazing how Airstream improve their models year after year. Thanks Patrick and Colonial Airstream Team. Canadian Airstream Fans.
The for the tour Patrick. That is a beautiful Travel Trail and the interior is beautiful. One I will be trade my 5th wheel for an Airstream. I really like the 2022 Fly Cloud 25ft. FB and the 2022 International 25 ft. In this video. They are both perfect for the camping I have in mind.
Brilliant, as always, Patrick. Will you be getting in a display model Globetrotter any time soon? Other question, is the electrical panel on the Globetrotter 27FB twin in the same place as in this model?
@@colonialairstream What is the price for the 2022 25' Flying Cloud with awning package and solar upgrade. I don't want the convection oven. I just want to know the difference in price compared to the 2022 25' International. Thanks
Patrick, when you say this particular trailer is 25’11" from the ball of the hitch to the back of the bumper, what is the actual living length, i.e. what length do you subtract to exclude hitch and bumper?
Great tour, Patrick, as usual. Glad you fixed your cowlick standing straight up in back! lol! 🤣 Question - If you're more of a boondocker and wanted to run the a/c, you said you would need to use a generator, right? Where could you put that - is there a compartment that could house it? Is there an airstream model that is more for boondocking that comes with a generator? Thanks.
People must have a lot of money these days because all I see are sale pending units, or they are putting themselves in 10-15 year notes. I keep looking, but every time I find a classic I like, it is already sold even though RV Trader says they are available.
@@colonialairstream if I ever decide to trade my class A and buy an Airstream, I will travel to buy from you Patrick. I have been watching your videos for years. You are amazing!
@@brittabrand6645 There is a youtube video titled "How to run A/C off solar - Micro Air EasyStart 364 install on my Airstream RV" by PRÊTS pour la route where he runs his single AC unit with the easy start capacitors on a 2000w inverter, 4 lithium (400a/hr) batteries and a lot of solar. His estimated run time was 3 hours until his batteries were depleted. Not very practical unless you have a lot of solar and only need to run the AC for very short periods of time. Much easier to just run a generator.
I love Airstreams; however my wife and I are not big people but there's no way we are sleeping together on a bed that is 42 inches wide. He keeps saying it's possible, and I'm sure it is; but it wouldn't be comfortable

@@colonialairstream Which interior color scheme is it?
Usually he states the price right in the beginning. I did not hearvor see it this time. Great video.😊

Pocket doors, wherever possible, and pull down window shades, would be much nicer than curtains.
Thanks for checking this out.

Morning Patrick 😊
Good Morning.

Hello.
Nice, can you tell me the difference in price compared to the 25' Flying Cloud with all options except convection microwave?
The convection microwave option is $475.00

Patrick, when you say this particular trailer is 25’11" from the ball of the hitch to the back of the bumper, what is the actual living length, i.e. what length do you subtract to exclude hitch and bumper?
On an Airstream, always deduct 3.5' and that will get you really close.

Wow !
Thanks for the support.
Go Patrick!
Thank you.

Hello
Patrick, if you're looking for a beta tester for that trailer, I can help you out. I may need a tow vehicle though...
This one is already sold.
When is Airstream going to start making P/U travel Campers?
Maybe one day.
I had to do a double take. I could’ve sworn that was Ray Romano’s voice walking me through this airstream. 🤣
Ha ha

The generator can be stored in your tow vehicle.

Can you use these in cold weather? Or is it like most trailers that you can only use when warm?
Yes, this is also discussed in the video mid way.
@@colonialairstream Thank you! Wish they made trailers for winter use.
What is the cost of this unit? The same as other International trailers of this size? Beautiful ❤️
