Watching your walk thru on this Tommy Bahama makes me want to buy a couple of lottery tickets so I can buy this Airstream and a truck to pull it! I could live in it fulltime.
This a Beautiful trailer...We loved the rear hatch and wished they had a slide out type small deck to some collapsed stair...but Andrew we went ballistic because you missed the pantry.....thank you for a great review....
Nice walk through mate. My girlfriend and I flew from Brisbane Queensland Australia 🇦🇺 to California to buy one of these in January 2020 before all the corona virus 🦠 shit went down. She always wanted an airstream. She found a salvage title one in California. It was written off due to storm damage and repaired airstream so the outer panels were good. It had a bit of use, but it was half the price of a new one. Still cost us a fortune. $23,000 Australian for shipping, and another $8000 Australian to convert from 110v to 240v. That’s happening now. Hopefully take it for a trip soon. If corona virus doesn’t hang around. Great video. Great camera work. Great walk through. No shitty music

Yes I would love that too. The lithium ion battery modules each would need an AGM battery to power a 12V heat pads or a cooling device to keep them at the perfect temperature so they would be safe to use.

Hi Patrick, will send you an email later on regarding that 2017 Airstream Tommy Bahama 27FB but right now got a question : WE all know that Airstream do not customized or give any other options that the ones they give on their website BUT your side at Colonial Airstream could you get by any chance with Airstream or Oceanair the possibility to add those " interior panels" that are arround the Windows in the Classic Airstreams or even in the Airstream Tommy Bahama Interstate RV? The "Tommy Bahama wood blinds" match perfectly those panels in the Tommy bahama Interstate (they are even working with a remote control in the Interstate..I am not asking for that much...) just panels arround every Windows to make sure we really do sleep in the dark in the bedroom and if we've got guests sleeping in the dinette area.. I also know having those panels arround the windows is a plus when facing cold days in the travel trailer. It is just a question, do you think with an Extra, you or OceanAir or Airstream (I dare they will as they often refuse customers ideas/thoughts/customizations) could do that? Sebastian, thank you for the email. I am sure the panels can be copied by a custom upholsterer and the Ocean Air blinds can be ordered through a Oceanair supplier. Unfortunately at this time we are not offering custom carpentry or upholstery at our dealership.

I love this version of the Tommy Bahama better then the newer version. Don't get me wrong they are both great it just a personal preference thing lol Keep up the good work you guys I look forward to seeing your videos!
Currently there are several models of Tommy Bahama Airstreams available. 19CB, 27FB, Interstate Lounge, Interstate Grand Tour and the Atlas coming this Fall.
I like this one best but have one concern. The aluminum inner panels would let too much heat out in winter camping (Alaska). What other cold weather options would make this better for cold weather?
Why would you buy something that is marketed toward Bahamas if you live in the Arctic???? WTF you realize it has never snowed in the Bahamas right? They have plenty of other options that are great for cold weather this is I believe there only one totally geared toward warm beach weather and they don't have a dehumidifier so they kind of failed
This is my absolute favorit trailer - but i can`t by them. I have no home adress in USA and so i can`t take a license Plate and an insurance. Or have anywhere a tip for me what can i do

Yes, the 19CB model can be pulled by either.
Would love to see a thorough walk through of a 2017 Land Yacht and a 2017 Interstate Grand Tourer as only Patrick can do them.

The feature you are mentioning is not available on the 27FB layout or the Tommy Bahama. Check out the 28A and 28A layout on our website.

Composting toilets and cassettes should be available for people who boondock and do not have access to pump stations
These are available on the aftermarket. After you purchase, you can send the Airstream to get modified for your items.

The interior skin is separate form the exterior and there is thermal tape in between that prevents heat loss/gain.

It will fit but it is not recommended and will cause too much weight in the back of the trailer, reducing the tongue weight and will cause sway.
What models come with the baseboard type heating?
The 2017 Classic models.
How do the blinds lock down for travel?
The blinds are under line tension and stay in whatever position you leave them at.
