    Your method of teaching is incredibly undeniable from the beginning of the video which starts up to the end of the episode, specially adjusting your clothes with each season.

    We get a lot of similar weather patterns in Minnesota as far as temperature. But the amount of daylight was a hard adaptation when I visited Sweden last time (in late May). The room I was in did not have good blinds. I think personally I'd prefer 20 hours of darkness. One of my favorite photos I have of Stockholm was a photo I took from a boat outside Gamla Stan. It looked like a sunset but it was actually 2:30 in the morning. I suppose it was both a sunset and a sunrise!

    Personally I like the cold. 20C is beyond hotter than the blazes of hell to me. 😂 I'd like to see the midnight sun like that though.

    Luckily for me, ever since I discovered the Wim Hof Method I can withstand the cold a little better. That way it makes it seem more enjoyable (it always is) partly because sadly we do not have snow in Canary Islands.

    Interesting! Where I live (in Canada), children do not go out for recess at school when the temperature is -20 C. Schools close if it’s -30 C. But for us, these temperatures are just normal in winter.

    • @FunSwedish
      @FunSwedish  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wow! -20° C.
      That is even more extreme than Sweden. Super interesting!

      As a child, i never understood why adults whined about cold or rainy weather. I HATED having to sit in the hallway and have nothing to do. A piece of string and a paperclip would at least provide some entertainment.

    the fun part with celsius was that he put the freezingpoint at 100 and the boilingpoint at 0, and only changed it in the advise of linneus

    I’m from California so the lowest it gets in the winter on average is around 7-8C, but I was recently in Nome, Alaska a month ago (mid-autumn) and it was -24C!! So I guess going to Sweden in the winter wouldn’t be that much of a shock now heheh

    Var var vår vår? As far as I understand, this should mean 'Where was our spring'. Right?
    This looks like the reason why Romans call you varvars =)

    I can never relate to having gone through winters of any kind. Too bad Singapore is basically either sunny or going through a monsoon season- wish we had winter over here to make up for the 10 months or so of sommar🤧👍

    • @FunSwedish
      @FunSwedish  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Haha, when it is - 20 celcius I wish I was in sunny Singapore. It can get really cold here. But the snow is beautiful 😍

    • @tomeofslyev
      @tomeofslyev 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@FunSwedish Only issue being it sometimes gets too sunny👀 I remember you saying in a video the highest temperature ever recorded was 38 deg C, but usually the temperature is 25 deg C? For us in summer, the normal temperature would be 30-31 deg C, 32-33 deg C is warm, and 34 deg C and above would be humid. Hottest temp ever: 37 deg C🤷‍♀️

    You misunderstoood the definition of seasons alittle. Above 10C ( average) for 5 days is summer, not spring, which is between 0 and 10C.
