Thank you. I’m so glad your channel popped up. I have some health issues...but I’m 73 yrs old. I stretch and do some yoga every day...and it helps...but I’ve just been researching about mudras. I took the road less traveled in this lifetime....(lots of loss and heartache from an early age and onward). It’s life. I know that. I’ve evolved and changed much over the years....I think, in ways, that benefit my emotional and physical well being. But...no one is perfect.🤷🏼‍♀️. I’ve subscribed and shared with my daughter, hoping she may also benefit from your videos/suggestions/wisdom. 45 yrs ago I was diagnosed with Epstein Barr, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue....among other things....most auto immune.
Raised my girls on my own since they were tiny. My younger daughter passed from heart issues 9 yrs ago. It’s in family. I was 16 when I lost my dad to heart disease. I think stress and heartache and pain...take a toll on our health. Im still moving and have all my original parts. 😄👍. Not as strong or as energetic as I was. Allergies to many foods...but eat nuts, non dairy yogurt, peanut butter, bone broth....arugula and loads of blueberries. And drink lots of water. Do not drink alcohol, don’t smoke (did...but stopped about 30 yrs ago).
I’m glad I found you. I’m no longer working but I live alone and have things to do in my tiny home. Plus I feed all the neighborhood cats, birds, raccoons, opossums and squirrels. All cats have been tnrd...and I have large cat shelters for them for bad weather. They all get along. I even hang out with the young neighborhood children sometimes on my deck. Im more comfortable with children and animals than I am with most humans. 🤷🏼‍♀️
I have 2 inside cats. Strays I took in. I think, from the time I’ve been little, I’ve had an over abundance of empathy and compassion. It’s a good thing...but sometimes not.
Sorry for the rambling comment... Namaste!🙏🏻💫💖

Cheers Monique. You’re brilliant. You’re in the Netherlands, not too far from me then. Hopefully we’ll meet someday 😀. Your hand mudras have been very effective. I’ve got a very high imbalance of all the 3 doshas (tridosha mess you could ever imagine). Also one tiny (actually huge) request; if not a hassle; could you name the mudras please? I’m compiling them to overcome my tridosha imbalance. You’re truly brilliant. Do you hold classes/treatments? I’ll join. Wish you abundance. Thank you ever so much.

    Amazing Health Tips. Great Seva!
Just an FYI: During the end (@1:42 min ), there is a bit of confusion: When showing the left-hand position, you put the top of tumb on top of the pinky finger but the spoken part says ring finger. Which is the correct one?

Hi Monique, in this video the index to thumb on right hand and the left hand you said thumb to ring finger but instead it's the pinky finger you show. Please please clarify if it's indeed the pinky finger thanks a million

Thank you so much for your response Angelina Ubbu and your wonderful observation, I highly appreciate that.
So, the positions I show in the video are correct. Somehow, that was "a slip of my tongue" (and I did not even notice my mistake when I prepared the video to be released).
The answer to your question, is that it's indeed the pinky (little finger).
Cheers to your wonderful good night sleep.

If you are doing the mudra in bed, you might want to rest your arms and hands along side your body, while having your hands in this mudra position.
I hope this answers your question satisfactorily.

Thank you so much for your response Sadanandan K and your thoughtful observation.
And also thank you for your patience, I took a break of a couple of months, because my beloved father passed away quite suddenly during summer.
Luckily what I showed in this video is the correct position of the fingertips; so with your left hand you put the top of your thumb on the top of your pink (little finger). The fact that I said "the ring finger" was "a slip of the tongue"....my sincere apologies.
I hope you will benefit from practising this mudra.
Peace, love and blessings from the Netherlands.
