Chickens can be also very aggressive, and sometimes dangerous to thing its size, but is smaller and weaker than a turkey still, so a rooster chicken would be a more even fight for a peacock.
That peacock likely flew into the turkey’s enclosure. My guess is that peacock is just there for ornamental purposes and is allowed free roam over the property.
