How to unstick a stuck Camaro electric seat

- 2010 Chevy Camaro electric driver's seat was stuck in the reclined position. Use the back release to unstick it. There is a cable that locks the right side of the driver's seat. Some how this cable lock is getting stuck and prevents the seat from moving upright.
