I love the "recommend using headphones" notes people put on videos because a vast majority of people only listen through laptop or phone speakers. I recommend everyone buy a decent set of powered bookshelf speakers and a subwoofer for home use.
As a MT-09 owner with a full carbon akropovic exhaust. The headphones doesn't represent the sound at all. Trust me its way louder in person. Even with DB killer inside.
A stock one will pop but it's silenced, so you'll need to remove the silencer from muff with 1 screw and some force and then it'll pop, pop, crackle when coasting down hills and in some gear changes depending on revs or QS.. Most satisfying mod around.

With an aftermarket exhaust yes. Standard exhaust wont do it but a simple swap n it spits crazy
