Lymphatic system is NOT the cause of your diseases. Mostly you get sick from what you put in your mouth and what you expose your body to throughout your life. 😅
The lymphatic system has a purpose and it’s not to make you sick. It’s totally the opposite.

I got a streptococcal throat infection & then my neck lymph node on the left side became inflamed &infected … I went to emergency they checked me in and for five days I was having antibiotics pumped in via IV …
The swelling 😢didn’t go down much , so they took me to surgery to remove my lymph and had a drainage tube in for a couple of days I was there 11 days total …
My head felt this weird tightness that hasn’t gone away yet… I hadn’t done dry brushing when I got sick … I haven’t suffered any swelling but the information out there isn’t at all very helpful… I read about cancer protocols but still most have blah blah blah about before, & not much about care , just that you might get lymphedema & then not much about care for that & No nutritional information & nothing about massage yourself!!!
Thanks for this More Please !!

A GREAT AND IMPORTANT VIDEO. An important thing to know about our bodies is that inflammation is caused ALL THRU THE NIGHT by any excess circulating glucose (ECG) at sundown. See the youtubes of Dr. Satchin Panda interviewed by Dr. Rhonda Patrick (microbiologist). He answered a hypothetical question from Patrick with: "Sadly it is better to eat an UNHEALTHY meal during the day, because eating later in the evening turns even nutritious food into JUNK (which causes inflammation)." Per the book Honey Sapiens, ECG has been proven to be at the root (cause) of diabetes, Alzheimers (called "diabetes of the brain), obesity, etc. Cleaning the lymph is criticalkt important - cleaning the bodies "trash can". Doing what you can to prevent inflammation helps the lymph system.
To your health. BTW I do lymph moving exercises every morning and every evening for 5 minutes. Critically important.

Europeans---especially adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea, eat a dinner very very late, well after sundown typically. Studies have shown that the Mediterranean diet improves health and longevity. I'm curious how this reconciles (or doesn't) with the hypothesis you have proposed.

certified lymyphologist here...the one way check valves only open at the height of INHALATION or at the TOP of a GENTLE BOUNCE. ;) SO breathe deeply more often or bounce gently. You never need to have any part of the lymph system taken out if you keep the lymph system which is the trash man of the body ACTIVATED. :)

THANK YOU FOR THIS!!! My intuition has been telling me that daily walking, leg and arm inversion and exercises, my vibrating massage chair pad, and brushing and tapping to drainage should work to upgrade my bodies cleansing system. I'd been complaining to my then Dr. About a thickening and two "jaw breaker" sized lumps that appeared under my right arm. I asked for an ultra sound when they talked drainage. I've noticed eliminating dairy and sugar reduced them visibly but then they want to come back. So I consulted a naturopath and am realizing more and more about this disease. Thank you for further helping me to reach a full understanding.

There are a number of excellent features of this video. Of course the artwork is beautiful. The explanation is concise and when narrated with the art gives both a visual spectacle with relevant auditory information. You understand how current social media works and how to use it to educate people (this is a rare skill). Your information was scientific not pseudoscience. Lastly, when you talked about blockage and starting at the drainage point (chest, subclavian veins) you highlighted the importance of clearing out possible blockages for movement to occur as massage is performed from proximal to distal even though people would immediately consider starting distal to proximal to support the flow of lymph. I am very impressed with this video. Thank you for an excellent piece of information and art.

Consider finding organic meat and dairy. We have been carnivores for millions of years, not vegetarians. Ignore the propaganda and eat what you are designed to eat. Your life is no different than the poor cows forced to eat grain sprayed with seed oils to make them fat instead of eating sunripened grass thru their 4 stomachs then wondering why they only live 4yrs instead of 25 yrs when they eat peacefully and naturally in a meadow with their herd

I had a wonderful experience with a lymphocare oil. I used it on my knees and lower leg. With self massage, you can feel the modes, follow the path. I used the oil liberally, covered with a light tea towel as I read for half an hour. Next morning, the back of my leg itched madly, no discoloration of the skin….what is this. A pea sized ball raised to the skin surface, thus the itch.
I massaged it gently, was gone in a few minutes…body beautiful took it away.
I walked better. It felt like removing a stone from a shoe…which is same.
Wiki has excellent description, it is a system afterall. Create solutions when we understand the lymph system.
    It’s beauty in motion.

      Lymphocare oil ?

@@Its_sharon07 It’s proprietary. Easily found, but not likely in stores. Avoid big box, the tried and true catalogs have it.
It’s got combination of thin oils that does the trick. With slow massage you can feel the lymph nodes. I had results the first time I used it.
I guess by leaving it on, let it seep in, covering loosely with a cloth, not a windshield wiper approach.
I looked up lymphatic system on wiki. We underestimate the importance of lymph nodes, nature’s gatekeeper . The body heals itself.

Thanks for vlsrifying with the sketches and explaining it so very well. It is very helpful to understand this better. Was hoping you would show us the big 6 spots thst we can massage daily to help the system. Also, what or where are the lymph nodes and what can cause them to swell.

In 1978-1970 as a student at University of Southern California, one of my professors, Dr. Carol Marcus, was teaching Radiobiology (the study of the effects of radiation on tissue). Dr. Marcus mentioned to the class that her husband was a patent attorney in Los Angeles. She informed us that she had a patient on a device that was like a scalpel with a radiation detector on the end. At that time she stated that there was no medical use for the device, but someday there might be. That device today is called a Gamma Probe and is use in the evaluation of patients with breast cancer to find the sentinel lamp node (closest lymph node to the breast cancer). Prior to studies that demonstrated that removal of the sentinel lymph node was as effective in determining treatment as removal of multiple lymph nodes (much higher risk of lymphedema). Dr. Marcus had gone to medical school and was completing her internship at L.A. County/USC Medical Center. I believe Dr. Marcus deserves a Nobel Prize for her invention. It has spared countless women the potential lifelong surgical complication of lymphedema.

I am so glad to have found this video. It was the best description I've seen yet. Thank you 😊 Do you have one that shows how the drainage works when there is dermal overflow involved???? Long story but I had a rare and unusual immune response to a spider bite. My dermal overflow is head to toe and the matrix between it and the lymph system has to be broken before both can be drained. Because the bite was on my mouth I have felt every stage of this (for over five years) and now have many theories about the various conditions that seem to plague us, especially as we age. I believe that lymph massage is going to be a very component of medical treatment for other things as they learn more about the blockages that occur. Blessings ❤
