Lymphatic System Explained In Simple Words

The lymphatic system consists of a complex network of lymphatic vessels, glands or nodes, and organs, such as the spleen and thymus, extending throughout the body. Through it flows a fluid called lymph. The lymphatic system has three main functions. 1. It returns excess body fluid back to the blood circulation. 2. It helps the immune system detect pathogens and mount an immune response. 3. It aids in fat absorption.

I've read the most important way lymph is moved is deep breathing- anyone have insights on that?

As the video explained, to move lymph you need to use your muscle and move your body. Deep breathing is a way use your diaphragm (muscle to expand lungs), more you move your body more you move your lymph. So exercising while deep breathing moves a lot of lymphatic fluid. Also deep breathing has other benefits: reducing co2 and making blood little alkaline, reduces stress, activates parasmpathetic nervous system which reduces heart rate and blood pressure, aids digestion and so on.

Great video,but don’t listen to “your doctors orders” listen to your own body,it will tell you everything you need or want to know,just set in the silence and focus on how you FEEL,the body has an intelligence that doctors don’t speak of,there is so much to discover in the stillness of the mind,when the mind is still or silent,the body has a chance to speak,at first this is subtle but as time passes it becomes a “knowing” of what the body actually needs. Funny guy, follow the orders of you're doctor! The doctor can give me advise, but i make the decisions.
It's really bad just to follow his orders. He / she is not my boss.
I am my boss and doctors make everyday mistakes ( They are just human ).
I tell you this because i was almost dead a few months ago. And yes it was great they helped me, but it was a combination of their expertise and my thinking or i would not be here today, because they made a few very bad mistakes.
