One of the greatest performances of any band ever. I'm so glad this footage exists. Phil during this time was unstoppable and the greatest vocalist in metal history!

It wasn't Vinnie that was jealous of Phil going on tour and selling albums with his other bands. The other brother didn't like sharing his toys and he felt Phil was an outsider from the beginning. Phil from Nola replaced a Texas singer they had made many albums with before. Phil was also the drive to get away from hair metal which finally got them noticed beyond the Metroplex bar scene. Jealousy runs deep. Phil had his issues but ever wonder why he was always so different than their origin?

Say what you want about Phil but he's a pioneer in heavy music vocals and attitude. Glad I got to see him in his prime a few times. Those shows changed me...haven't seen a show since that matched that intensity.

Guitarists- kirk windstein of crowbar and pepper Keenan of corrosion of conformity.
    Bassist- Todd Strange of Crowbar.
Drummer- Jimmy Bower of Eyehategod and Crowbar at the time. But Kirk is one of my favorite Guitarists and he's the vocalist of crowbar. Check them out. And obviously Phil

That was badass to see Vinnie n Dime supporting Phil and Down. You always have so called “fans” bickering about Down n Pantera. N how Dime hated down n all this bullshit. People forget Dime and Vinnie had Gasoline… the real fans know though. These were a band of 4 brothers that left an incredible mark history. Let’s celebrate all of their work instead of arguing and debating who’s better n all this bullshit. We lost 2 already when the others go it’s going to be a sad day.
