Brisket for breakfast? Say lesssssss. At my house, sometimes we cook barbecue, sometimes we have a carne asada, sometimes we are cooking Tex-Mex or Mexican...and sometimes we are cooking breakfast! Today we are gonna make some BRSIKET HASH!
All you need for this recipe is:
3/4 lb of Chopped Leftover Brisket
1/2 Green Bellpepper
1/2 Red Bellpepper
1/2 a White Onion
1 Chopped Jalapeño
and a couple of fried eggs to top it off. Now let's get fired up, and cook some BRISKET HASH! VAMONOS!

Best thing about papas for me is that I can add what ever I have in the fridge. papas with fajitas, with beef winners, ham, Kielbasa and I have to have eggs just like you prepared yours, oh, don't forget the salsita. You want something amazing, I went to Nashville and they had short rib hash at the Sun Diner. Same concept, cook/smoke a delicious cut of meat (brisket/ribs/chicken/etc..) then use the leftovers the next morning in a hash. That rib meat is so good in a hash with eggs for breakfast. Whatever, brisket/short ribs/corned beef, just get cooking and enjoy breakfast in the morning with the leftovers. Peace! Pete in Arizona - KI7LIL

Arnie, we don't always have, or cook a brisket, but I do occasionally buy brisket from Rudy's BBQ. Another meal rotation to try this weekend! Yum!
What a great breakfast! Next time cook it on your Blackstone Griddle so easy and fast. When you got close to being finished cook your eggs and warm up your tortillas all at the same time.

Arnie when you come up with your cookbook please put it out for sale I would like to buy it I made some of your food and is absolutely delicious I made the potatoes stew beef and when I had friends over and it's absolutely good I also made one with potato and one with turnips because my husband's on a diet but also taste good with turnips you follow the same directions you just change out the potatoes for turnips chunks liked the potatoes that also is delicious 😋 thank you Arnie

This makes me long for brisket taco/ burrito. Brisket, beans, potatoes in a flour tortilla…right off the smoker. Sometimes I’ve heard people call them brisquetas.

I'll share one little secret, I once made a burrito with brisket, leftover potato salad, salsa, and washed it down with a very icy coke a cola 😋. Did help with the hangover🙈🙊😀

Trick for onions is to wear swimming goggles. The onions release gas into the air that mixes with the water in your eyes to make an acid. Swim goggles is the only practical way I know to avoid it. People say you can freeze or chill them to reduce it.. Doesn't work for me.
Fry potatoes eggs and Teresa sausage is my favorite breakfast at Mexican restaurant. It is real Mexican restaurant they do not speak much English it is ok because we all have bad English. 😂 I learn little Spanish fun for me . I can't believe 35 years with out Mexican food now is my favorite food and people here in Florida usa. Muchas gracias Arnie Me encantan tus videos.
