The thing I love about street tacos in California, AZ, NM, TX, FL, NY, etc, besides the amazing taste, is the fact they they put as much steak in 1 taco as Chipotle gives you for their entire bowl or burrito.

I love my SA tacos, but man you can't beat the valley tacos. Thin sliced bistec cooked a la plancha con cilantro, cebolla, aguacate, y queso fresco... and always served with a side of charro beans! I'm commenting from my other channel, the one used just for leaving comments and I've been on your street taco kick since Sunday. I grilled some skirt steak, prawns, and jumbo shrimp along with corn on the cob. Blackened the corn and cut it off the cob. I bought the street taco size corn tortillas, salsa, garlic, sweet and red onion chopped small, CILANTRO, lemon and lime juice, and topped it with Frank's Red Hot. I'm telling you, this is the most delicious, EASIEST meal to make. I'm on day 3 and at night dream of the next day making tacos for breakfast. Just FYI, I vacuum sealed the seafood immediately after it cooled off and good thing because I only just finished the steak. Now, I have shrimp and prawn tacos to look forward to. I've watched other recipes and they require a blender, and just too much work. You sir have THE BEST street taco recipe and I guarantee I could sell my tacos they are THAT good.

These look simply amazing. I love street tacos and these look like world class flavors. I'm going to make this today. Just need to get cilantro, and onion. Oh, also these's something about cooking on a flat griddle like old Diners use. They just make everything yummier. The taste to effort ratio is huge. Such an EASY dish to make that tastes like a million bucks.

Hey man, I'm a mexican not born in Mexico but I've been raised and I've lived pretty much all of my life here in this country, very few times I've been to the US actually, I gotta say, you nailed those tacos, they are the most authentic mexican tacos I've stumbled upon online, not putting half the crap that americans ruin our food with: cheese, sour cream, tomato, etc.
Greetings from Puebla, my man, keep up the good work!

Sooooooooooo glad I learned how to fry those corn tortillas from a genuine Mexicano .. this is how we made them when I was a kid in the 50s and the grease just ran down our arms .. DELICIOUS .. gracias! Our family Americanized our tacos though with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, mild salsa ... I love how you sauteed the long onions .. I'm going to do the same .. I will say though that the best tacos I EVER had were in a Mexican restaurant in L.A. where the meat was the kind that fell off the fork. Apparently a chunk of beef had been roasted for hours in special marinaded spices Greetings from The Netherlands.🌹

We have local shops that sell meats sliced thin and all the other ingredients needed for Mexican food. I can think of 5 shops that are within 15 minutes from me. Just have to have a lot of Hispanic people around and there will be a few shops. If not look up your closest butcher and ask if they will slice it thin for you.

Here in SE Arizona, some taco trucks offer a pico de gallo style salsa also, sometimes with jalapenos, sometimes with serranos. Sometimes they use flour tortillas too. Sonoran food is a little different than your style, but I've tried your style cooking and love it too.
