I'd suggest going to the craft store and getting one of the larger containers of the tiny shells and working a few in. Would make it more aquatic looking for the rocks without a ton of extra effort.
One of my favorite videos of all-time! We have: the Craft-Father gyrating underwater! An awesome and relevant craft (especially in light of the recent Saltmarsh release and active underwater-themed Kickstarters like Depths of Savage Atoll and Sea King's Malice)! A jammin' soundtrack! Enthusiastic helpers! All-in-all, great work, Scotty (+helpers)!
The secret to Scottys crafts are his nieces. Their the real crafters Scotty is just the face of the brand. Lol Great work came out brilliant loving the underwater terrain.
Wow, now I gotta run an underwater game. Great job Scotty. On a side note, that background music was really cool. It would be good like as the D&D party is nearing a room where the main enemy is at. Good tension buildup.
This was an awesome build, Scotty. Very inspirational. I've been working on my own "water" terrain recently and I found this very inspiring. Thanks very much!.
Again, as always, fantastic video. A suggestion for flocking....because it's under water, perhaps using brighter colors for the pencil shavings to represent corals, sponges, and anemones.
Slight criticism: Why do you use Text to replace your classic voice-commentary? I'd like it if you brought your explaining background-Voice back, and Im sure Im mit the only one
ABSOLUTLY AWESOME BUDDY!!!!!! Really LOVE this project you did!!!!!!!!! Cranky old gamer plays deep wars and we LOVE watching his videos. This would make is GREAT videos even BETTER!!!!!!!!! SUPER JOB!!!!! XD
@@theDMsCraft i agree. I found mine in a thrift shop for $6 and just could not leave it there. Some serious scrubbing in soap and I am so pleased with how well it works. Cheers.
"I got more on me than the project" a great way to not be mad that kids have been kids. I fail at including my kids in crafts and should remedy that before they grow up.
Awesome as always Scotty. If you keep doing text, all I ask is 3 things you have to say. 1- Let's hit the table 2- I've spray painted it flat black 3- Go forth and craft lolol Talking or text, we all really appreciate your videos :-) :-)

I use the exact same spice holder you have on the table for my paints as well. Works like a champ. And here I was thinking I was being original.
It works awesome...great minds =)

What great helpers! They're stars🌠 now
They love to help me =)
I was wondering were you got the Styrofoam sculpting tools. Also, you should add some reaper bones skeletons to the rocks, gives it more detail
This is really pretty!! I bet the same technique could be used for cliffs
So true
