Burn is an interesting matchup. They drop stuff too quick for you to have discarded it, and later your discards could be blanks. At the same time it's not unusual for your racks to deal 6 a turn :O
In my opinion, Ensnaring Bridge is not totally useless against Burn, because it can, or should (at the very least) stop Ball Lightning. Same with Engineered Plague; name 'Elemental' ------> stops Ball Lightning Actually, my premodern Pit Rack (paper) deck has 4 Ensnaring Bridge in the main, and they work just great. That's, provided I draw at least one! :)
@@morikanti yeah I can see how that would actually be impactful in the match. It's interesting because there are a few ways to build Rack, creature discard synergies with the hypnotic spectre build, pure handhate which is closer to what I play and then combat traps too. They all have some benefits and drawbacks. My current philosophy is they can't play the game if they don't have a hand...

Exactly, it's extremely volatile but I think rack has the edge. It's kinda shields down for both decks, it can be an oddly quick matchup
