As an aspiring comic artist, this is fantastic. I love how instead of using large black splotches of ink he just water brush and pencil. I'm real jealous of his skills!

flash is cool and he is from Dc comics and that's good and cool drawing
its cuz with mechanical pencils the line is thinner than normal pencils and you can go very light and very dark unlike normal pencil where you have to keep changing them

i absolutely love your drawing tutorials but i also noticed that alot of them are of the speed drawing type and its really kind of hard to keep up and learn the techniques to draw them with that kind of video would love to see more regular tutorials

@cartoonblock You know, as much as I'd kill to be able to draw like you, Evan, I just can't do light pencil sketches at the beginning without adding details. Plus, I can't proportion correctly. I always screw up somehow. But those "the characters torso is 6 heads high" or whatever never works for me. I just can't follow any of this stuff. Can you help me somehow?
Instead of using wash penicl can you use black watercolour pencil or are they the same?
