I was a kid and saw in the shop Punisher 8... I had never bought a comic but did because of the art...It was this guy who did it, and started me off in comic collecting

never seen the inking done that way, very cool. Give's me hope that I can pull off the inking without having to use a brush. Brushes never seem to do what I want, prefer to use something that doesn't bend on me. :)
It certainly explains why he takes so long with his finished pages. This is good, but his comic pages are so much fuller.

seeing whilce work makes me proud to be a filipino. I dont know if you people know this but his shading technique resembles the techniques used in filipino comics.

Personally I like not having to draw the digits for most of my drawings, but I always loved drawing Venom's long spikes digits,also Carnage's digits are fun to draw.
One of the great founders of Image Comics! Around 1996, he designed a new Hulk with long hair and 3 times the size of the original Hulk! A design still used by comic book artists of today! I must admit though, I miss Wetworks. It was a great book series! Although I hear that he is trying to bring it back! I miss 1997, when I was 14 and comic books were a hot-selling commodity! Where for art though 1990's comic book sales?! Come Back Please! : )

This is amazing! The face reminds me more of Tombstone than of the Hulk, but it's still great art, especially done in under 30 minutes.
we need to return to a time when all artists use other guys to ink their work and everyone does a full book per month. Drop single issue and subscription prices, write some stories for younger people, market to them, and save the medium! Get Jim Shooter back at the helm of Marvel and see if it works 80's Boom Style! BTW, thanks for posting all of your videos, love them!

its either a faber castell brush pen, a pentel brush pen, or a pilot brush pen. so basically.. a brush pen lol. pigma makes brush tipped pens as well. any of those will do the job. all great pens btw

Digger from Amazing Spiderman II #51 could beat Hulk because...
- He's dead and brought back by Gamma radiation (The same radiation that made the Hulk)
- He's just as strong as the Hulk.
- He's smaller so he could maneuver around Hulk, thus having a great advantage over him.
- He's a mobster! Mobsters don't lose! They just don't!

No...way! What kind of pen was that?!? I've never seen anyone use that shadow/texture technique before.
The hair and shadow areas are from a felt pen with a tip shaped like a brush. You can vary the thickness of your line like a brushstroke. They're expensive, but, it's a LOT less messy than continually loading a #2 Sable with India ink!

Heroes who can beat Hulk; Superman, Phoenix, Scarlet Witch, Mr. Manhattan, Professor X., Iron Man (I think he has beat him once), Green Lantern, Silver Surfer, Invisible Woman. They have to willing to kill though. Hulk is always out for blood. 3 of the ones I mention Hulk would not be a challenge. A couple would have a slight chance, but, they would only have one.

Dude, Goku when facing Vegeta for the first time could beat Hulk. The power of DBZ characters is astronomical.
I CAN draw with a normal pencil, but sometimes there is a materail that I don't know and can be very useful, so ALWAYS ask about the material, becouse you can learn with EVERYTHING, and a good material, makes the work easier >
characters to beat hulk: Thanos, The Beyonder, The living Tribunal, One above all, mephisto, oblivion, Magus, proteus, galactus, celestials, molecule man, Black bolt, Cyttorak, ect.
What character could beat the Hulk? I'd say Superman, Wonder Woman, and maybe Batman even though Batman has; kicked him in the junk and made him inhale some knock out gas that made him calm down enough to revert to Banner.

@xXJokerVsClownXx Afraid not buddy, Hulk is pretty much unstoppable in a fight. His strength is proportional to his anger and his anger is a continuous variable so, THEORETICALLY, Hulk has potentially infinite strength
