You have to learn gesture drawings which are like basic shapes to get the motion down but if its heads then try looking at proko's tutorial, its for portrait but you can use it for comics :) Have fun!

Hayao Miyazaki...did you know he strait up did a manga after the Nausicaa film was ready, so he could promote the move in mags. Watch the extras on the dvd of Nausicaa they are amazing. I'm always amazed when i watch Studio Ghibli go about there daily routine.
I got to meet the writer of Flash, Daredevil and Kingdom Come, Mark Waid, at WonderCon last month and he signed my TPB of Kingdom Come (now I just need Alex Ross)

Tite Kubo trolled his fanbase. I wouldn't go as far as to assault him though considering I understand how hard it must be for the guy to write and draw the manga, etc. As much as I love As much as I apprechiate(sp?) Kubo's artistic talent I can't read or watch Bleach anymore.
The professionals do it from memory... Though I suppose when they are in studio, they have anatomy references if they forget something... but most of the time, it's all memory because they draw the same thing over and over...
