after watching for years, I've finally started to design my own recipes thanks to this channel. It's videos like these that give me the skills and confidence to make bacon/cheddar/jalapeno stuffed pretzel bites for thanksgiving. Thanks again, Charlie!
The stuffed flatbreads were fun to make and were quite delicious. I made the dough Friday evening and cold-fermented overnight. Prepped the filling, stuffed the dough balls and pan-fried them Saturday evening. Loved the flatbreads - the Gouda, ham, spring onions and garlic are a perfect combination of flavors, even without a beer 🫓🍺 Photos have been posted (#381) Thanks again for this wonderful recipe, Charlie!
Nice! My mind is exploding with variations on this. I am already yearning for a ricotta/yogurt combo in the mix. 🤪😝😋 Spam, yogurt, pepperjack cheese! And after it's cooked, wrap it around sourkraut or coleslaw!!!
Fantastic - that was inspired , I was so impressed with how your formed the dough and stuffing mix - bet it's not as easy as it looks, but i've got to try it.
❤ Charlie, you are most certainly a multi talented person. I love your wonderful pronunciation of Gouda. Very good. Like you were Dutch🎉 I love the playfulness of your videos. They make me smile. The pittas look super tasty. My frozen fresh yeast coated in flour works great. So making simple wholegrain loaves every week now. I wish you all the best

Isn't it impossible to roll the pita thicker? Love the content and those look great for football snack.
It is. I'd cook it on a lower heat and for longer in that case.
Great!!
Hi Charlie, do you think these would freeze well? They would make a quick lunch when life gets busy. If they last that long. 😉
I think it if you froze them after cooking and cooling them down they'd be pretty good.
@ yes, cooking them before freezing is a good idea. Thanks.
Delicious ❤
