✶ Brown noise is a specific type of white noise that emphasise a deep, low and bassy sound, this is what you can hear in the background. People report this type of noise to help concentration, focus, relaxation, drown out negative and repetitive thoughts, and encourage deep sleep. It is likened to heavy, muted rain, crashing waves and for myself particularly, being in the back of the car on a long journey home.
✶ Sounds and music tuned to the frequency of 432hz has also been associated with enhancing mood and alleviating fatigue, due to being more harmonically pleasant and closer to natural frequencies of the earth.
