✶ Brown noise is a specific type of white noise that emphasise a deep, low and bassy sound. People report this type of noise to help concentration, focus, relaxation, drown out negative and repetitive thoughts, and encourage deep sleep. It is likened to heavy, muted rain, crashing waves and for myself particularly, being in the back of the car on a long journey home.
✶ Sounds and music tuned to the frequency of 432hz has also been associated with enhancing mood and alleviating fatigue, due to being more harmonically pleasant and closer to natural frequencies of the earth.

I use headphones. I can hear the sound. With the hand through the hair or comb only very lightly. But who likes it please.ich am and remain so the Brown Nois is a little too loud for me.
I think sound can be really subjective especially with the varying quality of sound and speaker equipment! I might not be able to make everyone happy, but will strive to do so and am happy if the majority are loving it, so thank you so much for commenting and letting me know you enjoy the video 🥰🧡

I can hear the brushing, but I feel like for some people it probably blends into the brown noise because they are so similar

Sorry. The Brown Noise is sometimes too loud and sometimes right. It fluctuates in volume. The pleasant shark smoke and the other background noises are sometimes good to hear and sometimes less good.Nevertheless, I love you

Because sometimes it isn't equal on both sides. I have paranoid schizophrenia and I will have an episode if I use headphones. Please be more open minded of people and their health.
