✶ Brown noise is a specific type of white noise that emphasise a deep, low and bassy sound. People report this type of noise to help concentration, focus, relaxation, drown out negative and repetitive thoughts, and encourage deep sleep. It is likened to heavy, muted rain, crashing waves and for myself particularly, being in the back of the car on a long journey home.
✶ Sounds and music tuned to the frequency of 432hz has also been associated with enhancing mood and alleviating fatigue, due to being more harmonically pleasant and closer to natural frequencies of the earth.

This is ridiculous. It's so. damn. good. Soon as the brown noise hit I felt like I was melting into my chair. Brown noise and visual triggers is another level of sorcery.

It has also been a lifesaver drowning out my neighbor's TV. I tried everything... This is the only noise that completely eliminates the low bass of their tv... Sorcery indeed! I also agree visual triggers in general are the ticket, but I can't see them when I'm trying to go to sleep 😅 damn shame haha

As someone who struggles with focus and keeping calm when under it at work, this is perfect! First time trying it while working from home and it’s really helping me get through the day and every now and then a sound brings on a sudden state of calm! I agree with the comments below. The brown noise is genius and completely relaxing. Reminds me of being on a plane cruising at 30,000 feet, with the low rumble lulling you to sleep. More of your wonderful whisper voice and mouth sounds as in the introduction 0:06 would be most welcome.
