Ek hissa khud k liye, ek hissa budhe maa baap k liye, ek hissa agar Koi disabled ya mental patient hai jaise bhai ya bahan, ek hissa khud ki growth k liye agar aap freelancer ya business hai aapka kyoki bina lagaye to income aati hai nahi, fir ek hissa patni ka, ek bacche ka.
Yaani 1/4 th ya 1/5 th ya 1/6th agar baccha husband rakhe to.

Actually I have a question could you please help me .I have married since 15 years and I have 7 years son .I applied for divorce due to domestic violence in family court but the male candidate didn’t come there but court decided to do ex party and granted divorce but the judge decided they would give only 7 lakhs and to my son only 5 thousand per month .I went to high court but the judge is not listening the 5000 can’t change and 7 lakhs judge asking for bargaining .Male salary is 60 k .so according to his salary how much maintenance I should get sir.I mean permanent alimony.

कोई फार्मूला नहीं है, सारा कुछ जज को खुश करने पर और जज के निजी विचार से केवल पत्नी के पक्ष मे biased होता है यहाँ तक कि court रिकॉर्ड पर उपलबद्ध पति की लिखित आपत्ति के बारे मे court लिख देती है कि विपक्षी नें लिखित आपत्ति दाखिल नहीं किया है और interim मेंटेनेंस जारी कर देती है, article 227 मे मसननीय हाई court के जज आदेश मे लिखाये रहते है कि वकील नें तैयारी के लिए समय मांगा है

तो कोर्ट ये मानता है की पति हट्टा कट्टा है, और आज के हिसाब से 10/15 हजार महीना कमाता ही होगा, और 10/15 हजार को बेस मान कर खर्चा बांध देती है, जिसे पति को कहीं से भी पूरा करना होता है

सर जी प्रणाम । यदि व्यवसायिक डिप्लोमा DCA किया है तो भी देना होगा ।साथ में B.A. भी है जबकि DCA और BA उसके पति ने ही करवाया है ।पढ़ाई करने के बाद से घर ही छोड़ दिया ।और अब पति से 125, औए 498a भी कर दिया । मार्गदर्शन करें कि क्या करना चाहिए ।
