Good morning Sir. My divorce case on cruelty ground is going on in family court . Case filed in Feb 2019. Wife was staying in a rented home with my child at that time. I too was staying in that home till 2018 but due to cruelty I shifted to my parental home. Now case in final stage of evidence. Wife left the rented home without any information in March 2020. Can I now add desertion clause to the same divorce case
No.desertion case can only b filled after 2 years....

हम साफ कह रहे है के ऐसा हर एक के साथ नही होता| महिलाओंको सम्मान के साथ| ज्यादातर हम देख रहे है के शादी होने के तुरंत बाद पत्नी वधू किसी कमजोर बहाना या बगैर बोले या किसी रिश्तेदार को बुलाकर पती को छोडकर जाती है, फिर वापस नही आती| फोन बंद करती है, किसीसे कोई संदेश भी नही| रिश्तेदार से पूछने पर कहती है मेरे साथ क्रूरता हुई है| ऐसे मे अब क्या करे| इसलिये दोनों के लिये कानून मे सुधार होना चाहिये| यह घटना सिर्फ़ दो माह पहले की है|

Can you point out where he blamed wife only? He simply explained the points of how to make a strong case ( like adding adultery and cruelty points in the petition.) To get rid of such unfaithful wife as soon as possible.
The issue is that you have watched too much Bollywood movies and TV shows, and think only wife is the victim all the time. Ground reality is far different than fantasy.
Or maybe it is possible that his own wife may have been unfaithful to him, which caused him so much pain that it changed his character and perception of women forever.

This the highest male chauvinistic things i have heard till date.. when i saw 12 reasons to knw before you file a divorce, i assumed that it would be useful for both male amd female... but here the lawyer sir is just slaying the females. I guess he never takes a wife's case. He is Exclusively for males only. 🤣🤣🤣... plus he did not atall considered that except adultery there could be other reasons like bad compatibility, emotional unavalability, continous aggressive nature, abusive words etc. And also i noticed he said that its easier for a wife to get a boy friend.. i guess now a days its easier for both husband and wife to get another partner not just for the wife. And also he said that to run a house the wife is needed!!!! ... what does that even mean in this era? Cannot a husband do the house hold chores without a wife... do people marry women for that convenience to do house chores and to run a house???
