Just a tip for other 2005 Town and Country owners. After repeated blows with a 5 lb sledge, torch heat, several rounds of blaster and 3 puller tools that didn't fit I figured out the original outer tie rod was to long for the puller tools. I had to cut the tip off the end of the tie rod to shorten it, only then did the puller tool fit and bam the tie rod FINALLY came out! What a nightmare!!!

At 10:50 I noticed you didn’t take that blue plastic washer off the old inner tie rod and put it on the new one
I did the same job and forgot to put it on the new one
Should it be ok? Just really unaligned witch should be fine since I’m getting it aligned anyway?

Was going to do tie rods on same year van as you got there can you get the inners off with a regular wrench or am I going to need that tie rod tube socket thing you used? Thanks in advanced

A big crescent wrench will work just a little tricky to get a bite on some of em
