Enhancements - Davinci Resolve Superscale.

That 2x Enhanced works best with good visual quality input video, not good at with video file that contains much of blocks and banding. The Nvidia RTX Video of video is similar to Nvidia RTX Video Super Resolution.
Although they both can't compete to Topaz but the advantage here is that they're really fast. A budget option I think. But in film making, they often use professional cameras which produce very good visual quality video then I think this feature is quite useful.
PS: A VGA with much of VRAM is needed because it doesn't refresh VRAM usage. Or you have to save the project, close and re-open again to refresh VRAM usage.
