- David Tronnes describes finding his wife in the bathtub in a police interview. He says he found Shanti partially submerged. Prosecutors say there is no evidence of water ever being in that tub and accuse Tronnes of strangling her.

Ok. When you say someone is partially submerged in water it is highly unnecessary to mention that said person is also partially not submerged in said water, especially, when that person is suspiciously dead and that person happens to be your spouse and you are being interrogated as the main suspect. Some people might call that a red flag, but what do I know.

This detective might be one of the most credible Law Enforcement witnesses I’ve ever seen testify. She’s AMAZING. Not only was she a superstar in the interview room but she was also as good if not better on the stand. I’m VERY impressed.

That woman Melissa Pinkelton is a retired police sergeant? She couldn’t even figure out that a bathtub drain needs to be open for the water to NOT be overflowing, not closed. I was like what the hell is she talking about? I had to rewatch the first 20 seconds of her monologue like 3 times to confirm I wasn’t the crazy one.
