People think crime scene leak but did court tv actually fact check the whole thing ? Did you know James Kyle Keener the photographer was in the area BOTH days of FEB 13 AND 14 of 2017 and took pictures of the crime scene which he posted on website WHICH WAS later on it was taken down . Ever thought its possible people actually save those picture and later on put back out on public scene ? If that call leak so be it but I seriously doubt its really that much off nothing bc no one lately fact checks this case well enough in first place . Hell Court TV you even interview felon who tradegy pimp QUINTON SIMON case . His name on youtube was Dolly Vision .

This story has stuck with me for years. I've been waiting years for justice for these girls. I can't imagine what their families have been through. Prayers and peace for their families
Same. Only crime I've ever dreamed about. Thing is I knew the cops had already interviewed the perpetrator and knew exactly who did it but had missed it for whatever reason so was waiting for them to fix it.
Never indulged in the online witch hunts because I knew there was no way we had this much evidence and that many people on the trail and the guy just slipped away.
He should have been locked up immediately after if their job was done correctly.
Sexually motivated homicides are always solved quickly these days unless the perp has an extraordinary level of luck. Same with that unsolved Iowa girls case.
They just need to revisit the evidence they collected that day to figure it out.
Notice when crime scene images support the state story they are plastered all over legacy media. However, when the evidence refutes states claims everything is gagged

Gray Hughes received those images and on Sundsy night he proceeded to make a diagram of how the murder victims were laid out and the placement of the sticks. It was very alarming and unprofessional. He was constantly looking downward at the images to match his diagram. No one outside of law enforcement, attorneys and the judge should have access to these cruel crime scene photos. The girls also aren't fully clothed, they are MINORS. Having these images outside of permission of law enforcement could result in having gore CP! These should all be turned over to law enforcement and not viewed by the public; let alone MAKING MONEY off the dead victims; it's sick.

Photos of this murder disseminated without any regard and perhaps to the enjoyment of sickos is the most deplorable, evil thing…It is almost, in my opinion, a second desecration of the girls bodies and an absolute FU to the sanctity of the girls’ family memories of them.
The more I hear the more I think something weird is going on here, it also didn't make sense to me that he would confess to his wife over the phone from prison, every fool knows it's being recorded. I just hope the truth comes out.

Someone who does something disturbing like killing two girls was either mentally ill from the beginning or became disturbed by what they did to the point that it affects their mental health. People do all kinds of things when not in their right mind (including say something stupid over the phone).
His wife was obviously upset and asked if he did it. Maybe it just came out without thinking. Who knows... of course he said he was coerced but he wasn't admitting anything to police. It was his wife.

Have you confirmed that there was actually a photo leak? Who aside from MS is making this claim? The other factor here is that any former employee of the defense team, might also have contacts and friends in the DA's office. And as these two podcasters have shown themselves to be pro-prosecution, doesn't it make more sense if they received these photos that the source is the state, not anyone on the current defense team? The question to be asked here is, who really gains from this leak?

How can we be certain of this? And if this is true, why can't we know the alleged leaker's name? If he's not alive, why shield him? I worry about how gullible we are in 2023. What has MS ever produced by way of new evidence that would lead anyone to believe that they are the designated conduit for something like this? Nothing about this makes any sense. And MS has now altered their story a few times. Not to mention that so much of this is nothing more than speculation. Maybe the defense was involved. Maybe they will be cited for contempt. I’ve seen this story over the years and always felt like they were sooo close to having it solved. Those girls were so smart and brave they left so many clues and potentially solved their own murders. I remember having chills hearing his voice that she recorded and seeing the quick video of his face. I remember just thinking about how scared these young ladies probably were. I never forgot this case and I’m so glad they found him.
Those girls should have turned around and went the other way.Why walk towards someone you're already suspicious enough to take a picture of. And for him to murder two very young girls is beyond evil.

The employee is a former employee because he leaked the images 6 MONTHS AGO. These photos had already been leaked and just recently remade the rounds. Why wasn't it investigated 6 months ago? I find it interesting that this is happening just as the defense is making progress and changing opinions.

Even bottom of her shoes clean. And Libby was naked her top underwear and shoes in the water, Abby’s pants in the water. All details Court tv released in videos all public knowledge.

I have lived in Indiana maybe 2 hours from there and I have never hear of this odino
There are high level games being played here in this case so I think we need to think things all the way through before we jump to the conclusion that the defense did this intentionally. Who benefits here? If the defense gets kicked off the case it will benefit the DA. The defense brought out an aspect of this case( the Odinism) that was hidden from the public. The repricussion has been leaked photos from a former defense employee. This does nothing but hurt Richard Allen. Look how long he’s been in terrible prison conditions without a trial. A mistrial only keeps him in prison longer and risks him getting a less vigorous defense. So far I certainly have reseaonable doubt.

what's the big deal exactly? because it's an ongoing case? Years ago documentaries and crime specials always seemed to show crime scene photos, even if they were graphic. Hell the opening to the west memphis 3 is of the actual crime scene.
Did Áine and Kevin ask for the images to be sent to them? They certainly monetised them. And then complained about people cashing in. They should be prosecuted for trading in snuff CP, like Kline. Both made money from exploiting vulnerable children.

Great news! This defense team is way out of control with that ridiculous story of Odonism.
If the prosecution was transparent there would be no need for leaks. The person that leaked the information has been suicided. Of course so was the FBI agent that was named in the 136 page memorandum. Of course so was the state trooper and her daughter who was responsible for the polygraph of these people. Also the deputy and a correction officer in a one car collision. Oh and so was a retired Lafayette police officer that was also an investigator working as a part time police officer in Delphi.
Not to mention the 4 girls killed in the Flora fire. Brad holder’s family burned up in a Logansport IN fire. There are many more but you get my point.

Gray Hughes Investigates knew and spoke publicly about the leaks on his channel I believe Sept 26th. Murder Sheet told other podcasters not to talk about the leaks. These two are promoting their channel. Something is up with the Murder Sheet. They have always leaned towards the defense in this case. Something up with those two.

That bridge looks so dangerous. I’m deathly afraid of heights, to the point where I actually freeze. I can’t move. I can feel the fear in my gut as I look at pictures of this bridge. These young ladies obviously don’t feel the way I do. The defense is doing their job, however, in establishing reasonable doubt. This is their function and they are really playing on the public perfectly. Just look at this broadcast of Court TV. Even they have raised the bar of public curiosity and sensationalism in these murders.
It’s odd how the short lives of these innocent souls gives way to a public lust for some weird outcome. It is not about justice. It is about some circus type atmosphere that we are all drawn to, like not being able to take our eyes off a bloody car wreck, as we slowly drive by, one eye on the wreck, the other eye on the road.

If they can plant that seed in the minds of the jury, then, weirdly enough, they have done their job.

@@kenneth9874 I can understand your opinion. The conspiracy theory seems far fetched. However, instead of it being disregarded as nonsense, there is serious debate on the subject. Court TV, for example, is actually trying to make sense of it. Court TV interviewed a prosecutor or a judge (I can’t remember which) that said the case went from a 10 (absolute certainty) to a 4 or 5 (reasonable doubt). One thing is for sure, it’s going to be interesting.

It's not yet certain it was from the defense. The person who is rumored to leak them worked for the defense's firm years ago. But that doesn't mean he got them from the defense. Working in that area, they could have originated from any number of sources since they were photos taken of a computer screen. From my understanding the prosecution has refused to hand over the photos to the defense, so there's no proof the defense ever had them.
Our society has far too many individuals who have desensitized themselves to the horrors of such events by subjecting their brains to true horrors as some sort of hobby. Then there are folks that are eager to desensitize others by sharing the horrors. Worse still are the people that find pleasure in viewing the absolute worst things that could happen to human beings. Ultimately there needs to be legal precedents set because the appetite for such things is only growing.

Not everyone looks at these things and becomes desensitised. Most of us look at these pictures to keep reminding us of how bad things can be and remind ourselves to be careful.
If you are so worried about this, then you should be condemning the media who's job it is to desensitise people.. and keep them in fear and obedient.

Imho, it should be a crime to upload graphic crime scene photos to social media and/or the internet. It retraumatizes the victims’ families and loved ones and violates the victims dignity after death. Aside from professionals working on a case or trial, no one should even have access to those photos… and even with a FOIA request, the crime scene and autopsy photos should never be included to help eliminate the risk of them being publicly shared.
These photos apparently were said to be dropped like 9 mths ago!
