    😂
Defense says by time of Shanti’s death, the house was Improving- but then he also says Zombie house guy says house was finally in zombie state.
    “Whatever that means”!
    😂
Tronnes’ face looks like he knows how bad this is

He keeps saying it was a sloppy investigation but I never hear him talking about HOW & WHY he thinks it was a “sloppy investigation”.
    Shocker right 😏

I get defense lawyers hate Prosecutors, criminal investigators, etc
But what I don’t get and never will is why Defense Lawyers think they can go up to the Podium at closing and talk to Jurors as if Jurors are dumb as rocks-and NOT expect THAT to have an affect on their client’s Verdict.
That they don’t expect Jurors to be irritated or annoyed by the seething arrogant nasty tones taken -and more importantly all the dishonest implications about the State.
    It’s just astounding to me.

They're trying their best to defend the defenseless. When your client is clearly guilty, you might be able to convince ONE juror that it's their civic duty to question the obvious.

Wait a minute! I know this defense attorney isn’t trying to say “who’s the free loader”
    Sir, don’t try it!

Somebody needs to teach lawyers intending to do criminal defense, that if the facts are not on your side, the law is not on your side, it really doesn’t work to make up for it with seething hostility towards the State when your arguments aren’t supported by the evidence.
I get they gotta do something but it just feels like more & more defense lawyers are taking this route of “passionately insulting the IQ of the jurors”.
    🙄🙄
Just not good for the defendant
