    This is so perfectly explained. The jealously towards them talking to other people or getting close hurts so much. Responses play a huge part too. When they message you your emotions can go through the roof. If they don't message then you start to feel really down, so you message them! Or if the message response is not what you were expecting it can also effect your mood. The whole part of limerence is up and down and exhausting. We know it's so stupid but we cant stop it.
