Thanks Thibs. Since watching your videos, and reading your advise on T-Nation, I now use a timer instead of number of reps for some of my sets, and see good results.
I have found that doing giant sets (4/5 exercises paired together) works well for my traps for the reason put forward by Coach Thib that any exercise will have a short range of motion.
i'm confused. for such a proponent of snatch grip hi pulls, i'm surprised you say a muscle MUST be under tension for X amount of time. am i missing something?

Good advice, it is really important to focus on those calf exercises and learning how to control the movement or else they won't grow much.
