    Some of us do it and don't realize we're doing it.
    I can do 50 roman chair situps without abs fatigued..yet i burn them out with 10 knee raised crunches contracting the whole range of motion.

    I got Chris's program for 13 dollars the value in it is unbelievable .. his limbs size specific exercises are a game changer

    My personal favourite mind/muscle exercise for abs is heavy (5 reps ?) straigth arms pulldowns. Mind/muscle connection happens automagically and I don't waiste time on pure abs training. Abs are not for movement, they are for resisting movement.

    But it's not effective!
    I know how to do abs exercises. And Theoretically, they should work. But they dont!
    Except for hanging leg raises. Two seconds up. Pause one second. Two second down.
    If you lower the legs to fast, you will swing.
    If you raise the legs to fast, it's cheating, and you get less result.
    Leg raises also work the hip flexor. Some would think that's bad. But it really isn't, in my opinion.
